One site manager team for mobile home/RV park. Located in a smaller town 30 minutes north of Springfield, MO. Park is minutes from hospital, Southern Baptist University, restaurants and shopping.

Job requires great people skills, basic organization and bookkeeping (rent collection) abilities with no bill paying. Must be able to mow and weed eat. Plumbing abilities and basic understanding of electric are a big plus. Basic mechanic skills (oil changes, belt changes etc).

Having a pickup is great.

One bedroom/one bath apartment, utilities, phone, gas stipend included with compensation. Balance of compensation based on abilities.

Guest Services Front Desk – Maintenance Job Descriptions

We are looking for awesome Guest Services Front Desk/Housekeeping and Maintenance team, to work 30-40 hours each per week who are passionate about ensuring our campers have the best time, every time.

Located just 11 miles north of Nashville, spend your summer experiencing “Music City” and the Nashville area, from tours to museums, to music venues and the Grand Ole Opry. Positions are available April 1st through October 31st. We pay for all hours worked-most positions are 30-40 hours per week. Work campers must have RV and live on-site.

Guest Services/Front Desk - This position is responsible for, but not limited to, completing registrations, reservations and store sales while following procedures. Careful and accurate money handling, processing cash and credit card transactions while utilizing the computer, credit card terminal, and other front desk equipment. Handling camper issues with respect by listening and acknowledging their concern. Knowledge of KampSight is a plus. Housekeeping i.e. cleaning restrooms and cabins.

Maintenance - Skilled maintenance and electrical knowledge is a plus. Providing exceptional guest services is a must, as this position also requires working as an ambassador escorting guests to their site, filling propane, delivering firewood and ice. Other duties include park maintenance, grass cutting, weed eating, help with pool maintenance and other duties as assigned. Projects are to be completed properly, safely and timely.

Compensation:

Couples are paid for all hours worked, the hourly rate is dependent upon experience. Hello we are a family with three children 3/2/1 years old and a dog. We live in Italy in Rovato, the capital of Franciacorta. The area is very beautiful near Iseo Lake and Bergamo,Milan,Brescia,Verona and Venice. Very famous for the production of wine, in the area there are many producers among the most important in Italy.

We are looking for a couple of native English speakers who will help us at home and with children. We live in a big house with garden and pool.

The work to be performed would be the care of the garden and the pool, and the house in general (ironing,washing etc.)
