On-site resident management team needed for beautifully maintained 55+ mobile home community in Kennewick, WA.
Job duties include:
Experience in a general office.
Strong communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Computer skills for processing monthly reports
Collecting rents and making deposits.
Enforcing rules and regulations, and issuing rule violation notices when necessary.
Screening prospective residents and processing new resident paperwork.
Underground sprinklers and general maintenance.
Must have maintenance experience.
Must have the ability to deal with resident issues and porspective residents in a porfessional manner.
Must be able to handle after hours emergencies.
Must be organized and able to prioritize projects.
