Apartment manager & maintenance - Riverside, CA

I am seeking an organized and self-disciplined PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM to take charge of some of the administrative, and most of the physical maintenance opearations, as the on-site community managers of a 22 unit apartment building.

You'll be compensated with a 3 bedroom + 2 bathroom unit and in return you must collect the rent, give notices, show units to perspective tenants, do repairs, and maintain the cleanliness of the property.  You will be paid to clean and prepare the units for new tenants. 

It is ok with me if one of you has another source of income. But one of you must be at the property most of the time during business hours.

Busy Southern California RV Park and Café are looking for skilled work campers to join our exciting motorsport service team.  

We are located in the beautiful Southern California desert community of Ocotillo Wells. We are 30 minutes East of Julian, 25 minutes from Borrego Springs on Highway 78, and 90 miles to San Diego. We offer 185 full-hookup 70’x30’ sites. Amenities include café and store, special events, clubhouse, community fire pit, exit for off-road vehicles, washers, dryers, showers, restrooms, pool and spa.

Across the highway is the Ocotillo Wells State Vehicular Recreation Area; a popular spot with off-roaders. Area attractions include Discovery Center, RC Vehicle Trail, Amphitheater, Blow sand Hill, Devil’s Slide, Barrel Springs, Shell Reef, Pumpkin Patch, Gas Domes, Artesian Well, Wind Caves, and more.

 Café Positions:  Prep-Cook, Dishwasher, Wait Person, Maintenance/House Keeping, Security.   Must have RV and be available October 2019 to April 2020.  Compensation includes RV site with full hook-ups and pay.  Volunteer help includes a site with full hook-ups in exchange for services.  All welcome to apply, must pass background check.

Maintenance Duties:  Cleaning and maintaining campground, sites, pool and spa area, restrooms and showers, helping customers, escorting guests to sites, checking holding tanks, taking vehicle information, enforcing rules, assisting with events, and more. Handyman experience preferred.

We are an active mature couple who owns a beautiful historic rural home in Downeast Maine and are looking for a compatible couple of younger persons to assist us with maintaining our 2,000 sq. ft. home and 2 acre property year round. This home and property has been a Labour of Love with a 3 1/2 year restoration and renovation. The home was built in 1801 by John Tabbutt a Quaker who came here from England to create a Quaker settlement in the Pleasant River Valley which was before Maine became a state and was still a part of Massachusetts. Until 1993 this property was attached to several hundred acres of a Maine Wild Blueberry Farm. In 1993 2 acres was subdivided off with the Original home which was inherited by a Granddaughter of the same remaining heirs of this property. Starting in 1993 major renovations were made to this post and beam constructed home. We purchased this property in January 2016 and have since worked very hard to restore her to her original charm. Most work has been completed but there remains her final completion with some small details here and there.

The property is located 17 miles from the beautiful coast of Maine and only an hours drive to Acadia National Park, Ellsworth, and Bar Harbor. This is a perfect location for true nature lovers.

We are looking for a couple to become like members of our family and to enjoy this lovely property as your own. We are open minded and are considered liberals who welcome new ideas. Louis is a retired educator and I am a retired Architectural Interior Designer who loves to cook, bake, garden, harvest and preserve our bounty. Everything we do is Organic centered. I was raised on a farm with much Amish instruction and values and still maintain many of those teachings in my own life today with some exceptions especially when it comes to welcoming and accepting diversity.

So needless to say we are open to all situations regarding the couple we select to share our home with. Our perfect candidates would assist us with the day to day care inside and out outside. Must love animals and organic living. We will provide Rooms and Board on the second floor of our home, a small stipend. There would not be a rigid schedule as long as the home is clean, and the property is well maintained. We do grow a garden every year, keep hens for fresh eggs, raise fruit trees, and have a few sheep in pasture. Small scale farm living at its best. There would be plenty of time for you to do your own things and to even work other jobs in the area. We do have a few physical limitations but continue to do what we can everyday. We do own a. Work Camper Couple Immediate opening - Edgemont , AR

We are looking for a groundskeeper/housekeeper couple. This can be for a minumum of 3 months or can become permanent positions. Jobs open now. Must have own RV.

The grounds keeper will mow, cut limbs from trees, weedeating, water plants, and do general handy man jobs throughout the park. Hours will be discussed upon phone call and interview.

Housekeeper will clean 3 small cabins and one large cabin after guests leave. Small cabins sleep 4, one  queen size bed in loft, 1 pull out couch, Also cleans small kitchen, bathroom and deck.  Same with big cabin that sleeps 10, (has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, deck and patio as well as a wet bar entertainment center.

We have 5 park owned RV rentals that occasionally need cleaned. 

Also, if interested, we provide a laundry service for our construction workers. Currently depending on work load, housekeeper is averaging a take home pay of $75.oo to $100.oo per week above free site benefits. This is based on wash, dry and fold. No ironing involved. 

Benefits include free site (value 400.00 or 450.00 with deck) free Wi-fi, water and electric. You pay propane.

We have a beautiful park that is open year round. It is located 5 minutes from Greers Ferry Lake in Arkansas. Plenty of low cost or free things to do around park and surrounding area. Yes we are in the Ozarks but winters are generally not severe. We have one full time groundskeeper that lives here year round and one housekeeper but we have been growing so we are adding to our staff. 

Total Hours split or negotionable between couple. Same days off.
