Hello my name is Kathy.  I am the present Manager at our RV Campground & Deli.  I will be leaving sometime between December and January so we are looking for a hardworking management couple or Manager to fill my position.  

The management position will require some knowledge of bookkeeping.  The system that is used is here is all done on paper.  We do not use computers.  

Amonst many other duties, you will be responsible for finding employees for the summer season and will be in charge of about 13 employees during the summer and around 6 to 8 in the winter time.  We are located on the Lost Coast in Northern California right near the ocean.  

The positions offer a salary and a full hookup site for only $300.00.  Our normal rate is $1,200.00 a month.  

Activity Leaders and Planners - FT Myers, FL

Spend the Winter in Southern Florida. November to April.  Couple in Late Forties or Older.  Activity Leaders for the following Activities. Shuffle Board, Bingo, Game Night, Karaoke, Potluck Dinners, Valentine Dinner and Dance. Help Create new Activities.

Small Park 36 RV & 60 Mobile Homes.  Only a hand full of Mobile Home people do Activities.  Be a Happy Couple and have Fun with about 25 to 30 Snowbirds. Sunday no Activities, Saturday twice a month about 4 hours. During the Week about 18 hours.

Compensation  Free RV site Free Water and Electric. for 5 Months. Equals about $4,400.00   NO Children No Big Dogs.

We are looking for a reliable, capable and respectful caretaker (single or couple) for large acreage/farm in the Slocan Valley (50 min drive from Nelson BC). You would have your own, newly renovated small cottage to live in (400 sq.ft), as well as stunning views, peace and beauty wherever you look.

Caretaking tasks include gardening, feeding horses, plowing driveway in winter, haying in summer, lawn mowing, being friend to an awesome dog, and general upkeep.

Property Manager-Couple - Everett, WA

We are looking for an experienced couple to manage a 103 space Senior Manufactured Home Park.

Duties include strong customer service, able to due clerical, rent collecting handle resident complaints and problems, market survey, be able to handle all office equipment. Must know Microsoft Office and be adaplable to learn Yardi.

The Secondary person is responsible for all maintenance, grounds keeping and yard debris (pickup at residents twice monthly). Must have knowledge of general repairss and also a strong customer service skills.  This is a live on site position, home furnished and with utilities plus salary.  Only serious need apply
