About the Motel: 15 Room Motel in Big Foot Country! Motel is located in the town of Happy Camp, close to local stores and the Post Office. Larger stores (Walmart, etc.) are over an hour away. The location is VERY VERY REMOTE, but beautiful. Sometimes we are very busy, especially in the summer months. If you have never been to Happy Camp, come visit us today!

Desired Skills: Looking for a people person who has customer service experience (in person and phone). Work Camper couple position - Canon City, CO

RV RESORT located in Canon City, CO, is currently seeking outgoing couples to join us as Camp Hosts for the 2020 summer season (April 20 thru October 1). Couples will work together with one working in our office taking reservations checking in guests, processing payments, and handling merchandise sales. The other individual will work outside escorting guests to their sites, cleaning sites,  keeping bathhouse clean, as well as some light maintenance.

Each individual will work 20 hours per week in exchange for one of our deluxe sites consisting of a 200-square foot concrete patio fire pit, picnic table, 50-amp service, full hookup and $100 of electric per month.

We are looking for a bright, talented, self-motivated management TEAM for our apartment community in St. Joseph, MN. We are looking for a team -one person would be part time manager and one part time maintenance. The 44 home apartment community is owned and managed by Summit Management, which owns several communities in Minnesota. The Summit Management headquarters is located in Stillwater, MN.

The right candidates will be friendly, professional and have excellent customer service skills. Must be computer-literate with strong verbal and written skills are a must. The managers will be responsible for a wide array of duties and tasks involved in overseeing the community.

These duties include, but are not limited to:
Answering phones, emails and walk-ins for lease inquiries

Customer service skills, apartment tours, and leasing of apartments
Maintenance, repairs, replacements, and upkeep of property and rental units as needed

Maintain clean common areas and turn apartments
Grounds keeping, including snow removal and lawn maintenance
Prepare, review and execute leases with new and renewing residents
Collect rents, manage accounts receivable and billing on our property management software
Process resident inquiries and concerns-- enforcing community living standards
Maintain an update leases and rental agreements
Create, justify and update property budgets
Organize, assist (and lead) with miscellaneous projects and developments
Type and proof correspondence and memos
Copy and email when needed, run errands as necessary
Maintain a court appearance calendar and make appearance for eviction actions

Compensation for this position is use of an apartment located in the building. There is also financial compensation which will commensurate with experience.
