RV Resort Host - Truth or Consequences , NM

Camp Host position available immediately for a small downtown RV park/AirBnB resort with on site hotsprings in Truth or Consequences NM. Host must have a vintage RV or Airstream or other unique RV that fits in with our overall vintage style.

We are a unique Vintage Trailer Hotsprings RV/AirBnB resort with full hookups, private sites, walled compound downtown, just one block from the Rio Grande. On site laundromat and 24/7 access to amazing mineral hotspring tubs. Free RV site in exchange for 45hrs/week of "on duty" time, split between a couple.

Duties include one hour per day of light cleaning, along with checking customers in/out, taking payments, etc. We have only 7 AirBnB units/RV sites available, so this is a very easy job in terms of hosting, in a cool artsy hotspring town in southern NM just north of El Paso. Weekly schedule and duties: Days off: Wed and Thurs. Days on: Friday-Tuesday Daily schedule of on-duty time and tasks for one/either of you at a time: 8am-noon and 3pm to 8pm: 1. Be available to check guests in/out, take payments, answer phone, make reservations etc. From noon to 3pm is free time. Even while you're on duty you'll be free to run errands etc in between scheduled guest arrival/departure times. 2. During your on-duty hours we need 1 hour per day of light quick cleaning of bathrooms, hot tubs, laundry room etc along with general grounds keeping and once in awhile some light maintenance projects. 3.

Time commitment is 45 hrs/week shared between the two of you, 5 of those hours being physical work such as light cleaning and grounds keeping. 4. You'll have a private RV site with full hook ups, privacy walls and 24/7 general access to the hotsprings, laundry room and 10mbps wifi.

Resort Staff - Walker, MN

Spend your 2020 season on Leech Lake, a destination near the headwaters of the Mississippi River, known for fishing, hiking, biking or just relaxing. If you have a pleasant personality and are willing to work flexible hours, Leech Lake (near Walker) may be the opportunity for you.  We are seeking couples/teams to interact with guests. 

Responsibilities include kids and family activities, housekeeping, grounds keeping, boat rental/detailing and some kitchen/short order. 24-32 hours/week/person. $11/hour.   FHU included within walking distance.  May 1-Oct 1, 2020. 

Self-Storage Management Team needed - Rifle, CO

We are seeking a couples management team to run all aspects of a medium sized self storage property in Rifle Colorado.  Property has storage units as well as RV parking.  In addition to sales and service expertise, candidates must have great organizational skills, office/admin proficiency, and one member of the duo must have the ability to maintain the property and grounds, including but not limited to landscaping, repairs and maintenance, snow removal, etc.   

Benefits package includes hourly wage of approximately $12/HR for both employees PLUS occupancy of a resident apartment (3 bedroom/ 2 bath), and free use of a storage unit.  There is also a no-ceiling monthly bonus program based on rental activity, health benefits, and vacation time.  

FEATURED JOB OPENING: Resident Management Team - Eugene, OR

RV & Boat Storage facility in Eugene, Oregon needs full-time resident management team to operate office and perform maintenance duties.

Duties include showing and renting RV storage spaces, completing rental agreements, posting rents to the computer, interacting with customers, distributing brochures and other duties as assigned. Must have strong computer and office skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel), excellent customer relations skills, be highly organized and capable of performing maintenance around the facility.

Compensaton includes Salary plus two (2) bedroom manufactured home, all utilities, paid holidays and two (2) weeks paid vacation.  Experience with RV’s a plus. No smokers, no pets. Hours 9:00am to 4:00pm Tuesday – Saturday.  Good employment references and background check required.

Couple needed for Mobile Home Park - Everett, WA

We are currently looking for a couple with prior mobile home park experience. The ideal couple will need to have good tenure and experience in the office and the property.
