A private bedroom with bath, private kitchen and use of the main house will be provided along with salary , 2 days off a month overnight and bonuses . The owners are very hands on when not traveling and handle the sales and occupancy taxes, shopping and banking . Deposits will be made by innkeepers at times .

We run the property as a holiday rental and also as a BnB.  The main house has 6 double bedrooms plus a small gite.  There is a heated swimming pool, tennis court, orchard & working vineyard on the property.  

The positions involve : being the main cleaner/house keeper with the ability to manage the others in the cleaning team to produce a very high quality result, as well as managing the linen (which is laundered externally),  gardening & care of the orchard & its produce, general maintenance, handy man jobs, taking care of the pool and tennis court.  There will also be some cooking and preperation of breakfasts for guests who request it when the house is rented.  

The position is to start in March 2020 and ideally we are looking for long term, year round applicants who are perhaps looking for a lifestyle change.  Accomodation is your own 2 bedroom cottage, with living room, terrace & lovely view, situated across the road from the main house.  There is WIFI, television, chimney etc

Applicants need to be friendly, self motivated, have experience in a similar position with references, have a high quality of work, be dependable and trustworthy and be able to live in a calm and rural setting.

Must be french speaking, english a plus but not a requisite.  Must have the necessary permits to work in France.  Must have drivers licence.
