Property Manager-Couple - Everett, WA

We are looking for an experienced couple to manage a 103 space Senior Manufactured Home Park.

Duties include strong customer service, able to due clerical, rent collecting handle resident complaints and problems, market survey, be able to handle all office equipment. Must know Microsoft Office and be adaplable to learn Yardi.

The Secondary person is responsible for all maintenance, grounds keeping and yard debris (pickup at residents twice monthly). Must have knowledge of general repairss and also a strong customer service skills.  This is a live on site position, home furnished and with utilities plus salary.  Only serious need apply
