Overview An experienced, reliable, motivated and committed House Couple is sought for a large home in Miami Beach, Miami, FL USA. This position involves some travel outside of the USA. This is a full-time, permanent, live-in position with daytime hours. Flexibility is required. There are no children or pets living in the residence.  Primary Responsibilities of the Employees -Divide and perform day-to-day tasks involved with the maintenance of a large residence -Maintain both the interior and exterior of the home -Perform all aspects of housekeeping including deep cleaning Laundry including collecting, washing, drying, folding, ironing, steaming, stain removal, dry-cleaning co-ordination/scheduling and rotation -Manage/supervise and follow up with trades, installations and vendors -Plan, prepare and cook simple meals -Answer the door/phone, greet guests, correspond on behalf of the employer -Trash and recycling management -Run errands of various kinds -Check and maintain the conditions and cleanliness of the vehicles -Travel with or in advance of the couple -Assist with maintenance of a vacation home in France -Provide exceptional service -Accept and carry-out other requests as needed

We are looking for a management couple to manage our 44 room motel in historic Eureka Springs, Arkansas.  Living quarters on site for convenience in managing the day to day operations.  Position to be filled as soon as possible, only serious applicants please.

Must have office skills including being able to work reservation sites, and some maintenance experience.  Duties include some laundry, grounds maintenance including repairs as needed in rooms with some plumbing experience preferable, check in and check out, putting on continental breakfast combined with good people skills.  Maids live on site as well.

Compensation includes: lliving quarters with all utilities, internet, cable tv with fair compensation package.   Some free days with owners taking over operations as needed.  Motel possibly closed from Thanksgiving until mid-February or March 1st.

Remote Property Manager(s) - Gambier Island, BC

Position:

An experienced Property Manager (or couple) is wanted for a 150+ acre water access only home with a private dock and several buildings, including an extensive workshop.  This is a full-time position and is anticipated to be an on-site role. However, consideration will be given to a local resident who would commute regularly. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage property systems and maintain property standards 

• Schedule, hire and manage contracted services

• Create and maintain a calendar to ensure equipment maintenance and renewals are completed in a timely manner

• Manage and maintain supplies inventory via written/computerized inventory cataloguing system 

• Research purchasing options for inventory restocking and new equipment needs

• Keep track of property expenses and budget 

• Keep detailed notes of daily tasks and operations 

• Perform necessary cleaning and repairs on the buildings and grounds

• Transport family members and guests to and from the property; strong people skills are required 

• Maintain an active presence indicating the property is “occupied” including daily walking rounds of all buildings

Qualifications and Characteristics:

• Experienced small boat operator
