Horse Ranch and House Cleaning Help Needed - Conifer, CO

Seeking a non-smoking, drug-free, couple to provide caretaker services on a part-time annual basis for a small 10 acre ranch outside of Denver. Horse, carpentry, cleaning and gardening skills a plus.
Need someone to clean horse stalls daily, feed horses twice a day, drag the arena, shovel snow (winter) maintain yard and gardens (summer) 5-7 days a week. We have 4 horses. It comes to about 1.5 hour in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening.
Also need someone to clean the house, change sheets, bring in firewood and reset the home for AirBnB guests. About 4 hours per week.
Additional projects available and paid at $25 per hour.
Candidates must be able to work independently with little to no supervision, be extremely willing to maintain a high level of detailed.
You can park your trailer on the ranch. Water, electric and 2x monthly tank pumping provided (no sewer hook-up).
Relief Manager Couple - Oroville, WA

We are looking for an energetic and motivated couple with a strong work ethic to live on site and manage the day to day operations of a 367 unit storage facility. The position requires that the managers live on site.
The couple will work together running the office and maintaining the upkeep of the property. One position will be considered full time and one position will be considered part time to relieve the full time position and work the remaining hours. The salary package includes the use of an apartment with utilities included.
Major responsibilities will be:
Office - Renting units to new tenants, taking payments, processing move outs and collecting on past due rent to include quarterly lien auctions. Manager must be computer literate and internet familiar. Managers will also be responsible for the safe keeping of all monies coming into facility and make weekly deposits to the bank and producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to owner. Successful managers will work proactively on marketing and advertising.
Managers will communicate with owners on a regular basis.
Property - Managers will be responsible for doing a security check in the morning and evening, making sure that nothing looks disturbed or out of place and that units are generally secure.
Managers will also maintain the cleanliness and neatness of all vacant units and the property in general, making sure that all trash and debris are removed, grass is cut and weeds are treated. A daily inspection would be requirement of management.

We are a family owned property seeking a mature couple to live-in and help manage our renovated 20 room motel/inn on beautiful Whidbey Island, Washington. Duties include general front-desk work, light housekeeping and property maintenance. The ideal couple has proven experience in hospitality and/or property management. This position offers a salary based on 40 hours per week and includes a 1BR apartment with private entrance and patio.
Hours: (2) 12-hour shift days (9am-9pm) + (4) 4-hour evening shifts (5-9). Hours may be shared by the couple. Maintenance duties "as needed".
Duties: Fill-in for the General Manager on days off and manage the front-desk most evenings until closing at 9pm. General duties include taking reservations and communicating with customers by phone and email, welcome and check-in new guests, be available to help with questions and requests. Your other duties include assist with the housekeeping chores, such as stripping beds and setting up rooms, help with the laundry and restock supplies. Maintenance duties include; general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, lawn mowing and yard care. As the resident managers, you will be expected to respond to issues and emergencies that might occur after closing hours.
