Must have some experience with purchasing, receiving keeping deli and market functioning as well as making sure the camp hosts and maintenance persons are doing their jobs. Paperwork involved, no computers. We are also looking for a camp host for the spring season, some cooking experience would be helpful.
Pay for every hour worked. Also includes a full hookup space for aa fee of $300.00 a month.
Shark and Ray Centre-Couple/s to run Tourist Centre Beautiful Port Stephens, NSW Australia - Bobs Farm

Exciting, interesting and relaxing work with a difference. We train sharks and rays and we are looking for either a permanent couple or a set of two permanent couples doing month on/month off work in the stunning area of port stephens. The best bays and beaches in Australia.
The job entails living in our charming two bedroom cottage onsite, and taking care of our group of sharks and rays, plus looking after the customers from 10am -4 pm, 5 days a week (closed Tuesday/Wednesday but still need to check on the animals). The position would suit a bubbly couple with one partner at least being capable of handyman work and the other able to meet and greet customers. In school holidays the centre is open everyday so there is additional work training and supervising casuals during this time. We will also have a volunteer program that will need monitoring.
There are two options for the right couple. Firstly is a full time couple with remuneration of $70-80,000 pa as a one year contract with 6 weeks off a year (minimum 3 weeks at a time). This includes a 2 bedroom cottage (complete with fireplace, 36 acres and a lake!), electricity allowance and water. Second is for two couples alternating either 4 or 6 weeks on and off. The successful applicants will have had experience and good referees in looking after a business. Tourist based experienced will be an advantage. Most importantly have a care for animals, and are trustworthy. You must have the ability to work un-supervised. One partner must be able to demonstrate moderate to excellent handyman or trade skills in case of maintenence.
Start date from end of November 2019.
Camp Host Volunteers - Casa Grande, AZ

Pinal County Fairgrounds & Event Center is a 501c4 organization. We are an 80-acre facility that hosts several community events annually. We have a racetrack, barns and building rentals, and offer both RV and tent camping.
We are seeking an individual or couple to oversee the campgrounds and all functions related to the campgrounds. This is a seasonal job beginning around November 2019 and ending May 2020. For 24 – 36 hours/week you will receive a hook-up site (30 or 50 amp) and utilities for the season.
We offer flexible workloads/work days.
The Fairgrounds is conveniently located between Phoenix and Tucson (about 60 miles from each). The closest town is Casa Grande, AZ (about 7 miles from the fairgrounds) which offers many shops, restaurants, golf courses, movie theater, and more. Recreational opportunities are a short 30 minute to 2 hour drive in either direction.
For your services, you will receive a camping site that includes electrical hook-ups (30 or 50 amp), and water. Sewer access (dump station) is on grounds. Additionally, you would have the opportunity to enjoy the many great events we host! This includes the annual Night Lights Lantern Festival, Agri-Country Bluegrass Festival, Gourd Festival, and the Pinal County Fair.

- Manage daily payment flow (cash, check, and credit card balances) and making timely, error-free bank deposits.
- Maintaining a clean, professional appearance inside the office and outside on the facility property. Managers spend a sufficient amount of time outside ensuring the property is clean and 'customer-ready' by sweeping units/aisles, performing lock-checks on units, and performing other general maintenance tasks. (light duty / light lifting)
- Maintaining low accounts receivables by performing collection calls to delinquent tenants over the phone, keeping up-to-date notes on accounts, and by sending email notices and SMS/text message reminders through our software.

- Excellent verbal and communication skills are key as you are the face and front line of the business. "You" will be the reason many customers choice to store their belongings with us vs. the competition.

- Strong, general computer skills and competency is needed to navigate Windows operating systems, internet browsers, and other applications. You'll learn how to efficiently navigate and operate various software platforms used by the company to perform daily operations tasks.
- Past job experiences in a customer-focused position such as in retail, sales associate, self storage, hotel industry, restaurant, and other industries. A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, retail store, management, sales associate of retail jobs, or in customer service roles.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and willing to travel to other locations for staffing if needed.
