We are currently seeking a Property Manager for our most recent acquisition in WETUMPKA AL.
This individual is responsible for overseeing a mobile home property from all facets, including: sales, operations, marketing and tenant relations. You will have full accountability and will oversee any park staff employees working for the property. Our business model is to purchase under-performing communities and improve them by bringing in many new homes and filling them with qualified applicants.
This position also includes, but is not limited to:
Driving to critical number expectation of 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis
Ensuring 100% collection of all rent and fees in a timely manner
Ensuring 100% compliance to company home standards
Managing to an established property budget - not exceeding the amount allocated - “thinking like an owner”
Position Requirements:
· 3+ years of experience within the property management industry ( REQUIRED ), preferably in mobile home property management
· Proficiency with Rent Manager is REQUIRED
· Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 20 pounds.
· Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license
· Completed High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
· Experience successfully leading a team and hiring “A-Players”
· Sets high standards for themselves and their team
· Works with integrity and honesty
· Works calm under pressure and is able to follow through on commitments
· Strong work ethic - moves quickly, but with strong attention to detail
· Strong organizational and planning abilities
· Proactive/takes initiative/self-motivated
· Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
· Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

Live-In Innkeeper Couple for Bed and Breakfast Needed for 2020 Summer Season Mid May - Mid October - Cripple Creek, CO

innkeeper couple to run the facility for the 2020 season (Mid May to Mid October).
This is a 14 room boutique hotel that acts like a B and B. The ideal candidates will be positive,

Prior innkeeping experienced required. Good computer and telephone skills.
Preferably familiar with Resnexus reservation system and Booking.com.
Innkeepers apartment is provided as is time off 1 or 2 days mid week. No pets or children.
Duties include:
Greeting and registering guests, answering phones, making reservations, and collecting payments.
Preparing, cooking and serving a full breakfasts for all guests on Saturday/Sunday and a Continental breakfast Monday - Friday.

We are looking for a motivated, hard-working, caring, preferably two person team to take on the reigns of Live-In Manager at our small, quaint, 24-unit Inn located just a block away from the waterfront at the Best Western Tradewinds in Morro Bay, CA. This is the perfect job for a husband and wife team that is eager to live and work on the California Central Coast.
The manager duties entail oversight of employees and the performance of all aspects of the hotel operations including (but not limited to) guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, finances, team-building, and staff development. The position does require you to perform breakfast duties and front desk, and there is a front desk person working 30-35 hours per week for relief. Housekeeping is fully-staffed but requires you to properly schedule and oversee each housekeeper to uphold and maintain the quality of each guest room.
A living space that includes a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and full laundry facility will be provided. Also, all utilities are paid for including internet and cable. It is perfect for up to 2 people to live comfortably.
Experience is preferred but not necessary. Customer service is the bedrock our hotel, so finding the right candidates that enjoy being around people is of the utmost importance for us.
Compensation: $3,500.00 - 4,200.00 per month

Pay includes a base salary as well as several bonus incentives determined by performance--because of the fact that dedicated performance in this position is highly dependent upon the manager's ability to work efficiently and effectively for up to 14 hours a day.

Ranch Domestic Management Couple Team - Taylorsville, CA

Seeking a warm, reliable, and trust-worthy Housekeeper/Gardener couple team to fill two positions caring for the main house and gardens on a privately-owned working ranch. The property is located in a valley in the Sierra Mountains near Taylorsville, California.
This position requires one to be physically able to work outdoors in all types of weather, in and on uneven terrain, in high-elevation (3800’). Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and knowledge of seasonal gardening, sprinkler systems, and be able to safely operate a tractor, truck, other recreational vehicles, and equipment including power and hand tools. Candidates must be able to maintain and clean gutters, so cannot be afraid of heights. Candidates must have experience in fleet management (to include cleaning and managing repair) of passenger and recreational vehicles. The second caretaker position's duties include guest meal planning, food purchase, food preparation, serving formal meals to owners and guests, as well as cleaning and upkeep of the 14,000 square foot main home. Candidates must be teamwork, and service-oriented and communicate well in English and/or Spanish.
Candidates must be flexible with work schedules. While owner and guests are off-site, work hours are typically 8-hour days. While owner or guests are in residence, staff will be required to work adjusted schedules to accommodate their needs. The team will be expected to keep property at guest-ready level at all times throughout the year regardless of owner’s schedule.
Onsite schedule is often over the holidays, including Christmas, New Years, Easter, Presidents Day, and Memorial Day. Please note that the Ranch team will need to be available on and during those holidays when owners are in residence.
These two positions are complete with hourly compensation, housing, utilities and other benefits. Housing is provided in a 4 bedroom/3 bath house located on property, with all utilities paid for. This is a long-term opportunity for a stable person(s)/couple. Our ideal team would be able to manage these duties with efficiency, dedication and integrity.
