Seeking work campers for the beautiful North Georgia Mountain area. We are a luxury resort nestled in the appalachian mountains. We are an owners Resort with an HOA. We have certain restrictions regarding RV’s; that being the RV must be at least 24’ in length and it must be no older than 10 model years. Older units, 10 years or more, are required to submit a photo of all 4 sides to us for review. Exceptions have been made. We offer a gated entry, paved roads throughout, all sites have a concrete pad, sewer hookup and  have 20, 30, and 50 AMP services. We also have high-speed internet and cable TV at the pedestal. We have a heated swimming pool and hot tub, a fitness center, steam and sauna rooms, and massage chairs to enjoy on your off time. We allow 2 pets per site. Vacination records must be submitted.

We like to promote a “team” atmosphere here. Jobs/tasksinclude but are not limited to housekeeping, landscaping, maintenance and helping with activities at the clubhouse.  We try to match camp workers with the duties they are best skilled in, however, you must be willing to perform all, and any tasks needed. A workcamper couple is required to work 20 hours (each) a week in exchange for a  site. (An $1100 value per month).  If you are a single work camper, 32 hours are required. We do allow camp workers to secure paid employment outside of the resort after their normal duty hours here. The minimum requirement we ask for is a three-month commitment. A background check is required to join our team. I have positions open for April - December 2020.

Guest Services: Front Desk/Housekeeping – Maintenance

We are looking for awesome Guest Services Front Desk/Housekeeping and Maintenance team, to work 30-40 hours each per week who are passionate about ensuring our campers have the best time, every time.

Located just 11 miles north of Nashville, spend your summer experiencing “Music City” and the Nashville area, from tours to museums, to music venues and the Grand Ole Opry. Positions are available October 1, 2018 - March 30, 2020 (possibly longer). We pay for all hours worked - most positions are 30-40 hours per week. Work campers must have RV and live on-site.

Guest Services/Front Desk - This position is responsible for, but not limited to, completing registrations, reservations and store sales while following procedures. Careful and accurate money handling, processing cash and credit card transactions while utilizing the computer, credit card terminal, and other front desk equipment. Handling camper issues with respect by listening and acknowledging their concern. Knowledge of KampSight (K2) is a plus. Housekeeping i.e. cleaning restrooms and cabins.

Maintenance - Skilled maintenance and electrical knowledge is a plus. Providing exceptional guest services is a must, as this position also requires working as an ambassador escorting guests to their site, filling propane, delivering firewood and ice. Other duties include park maintenance, grass cutting, weed eating, help with pool maintenance and other duties as assigned. Projects are to be completed properly, safely and timely.

Innkeeper couple for Aurora Viewing B&B - Fairbanks, AK

Experienced innkeeper couple wanted to help the new owners of a unique Alaska Lodge.  We are experienced Inn owners and are looking for someone who wants to help manage a profitable niche lodge and tour business with us.  Our goal is to share the management and maintenance with another couple as we build up the business.  Our new lodge has 11 rooms plus one that is a little larger that could be yours!  It's got a great reputation and history, so we're not really starting from scratch.

We operate Northern Lights Viewing tours, so that's a big part of our lodge in winter.  In summer we take people all over Alaska so you'll have ample opportunity to see the state.

This is a Bed and Breakfast so one of you would be up early preparing breakfast and then cleaning rooms as guests check out.  Minimal room service is needed for stayovers and guests usually stay for 3 - 5 days.  You'll have opportunities for tips, and can also help us with our tours for extra income. We need at least one of you to be good at maintenance and carpentry as we've inherited a fairly long punch list of needed minor repairs and maintenance.

We intend to work in a profit share as well, so as we grow so does your compensation.
