Group Home House Parents - Mesa, AZ

We are looking for live in staff. This is a live in, salary position with housing, utilities, food, etc., included.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: keeping the house clean, cooking meals, taking the foster care youth that will be living there to appointments, school, etc., yard work, light admin, medication distribution, being an emotional support, and basically creating a family environment showing love and teaching life skills. Looking for those who ideally have raised children already, or do not have children yet. However, we are willing to work with the right fit. This is a live in position, with one day off a week, and paid vacation time. 

We are aware this is a huge responsibility, and provide support in multiple facets including training, and support staff who assist with daily tasks.

Responsibilities include:

*Supervision and care of youth

*Assisting in daily living skills

*Behavior management

*Medication administration

Requirements:

*Must be able to pass a criminal background check in Arizona and any other states lived in within the last 5 years

*Must be able to get a level 1 fingerprint clearance card

*Valid AZ driver's license, and provide a 5 year certified driving record

*Reliable transportation

Skills:

*Current Certifications (CPR, First Aid, Prevention and Support) We reimburse training for any certifications that you will need for this position upon 90 days of employment.
