Lakeside Retreat Couple - Seward, AK

Our Lakeside Retreat is in Seward, Alaska. *** ALASKA *** Come join the fun on the Kenai Peninsula! We are located on the beautiful 30-mile long Kenai Lake and surrounded by snowcapped mountains between Moose Pass and Seward. We need singles or couples to help clean cabins and do light maintenance and landscaping.  

I will provide site with full hookups (water, electricity, sewer, WiFi) in exchange for first 25 hours of work per person per MOMTH. Hourly wage of $10.00 for extra hours above initial 25 hours worked per month. Lucrative bonus pay ($800.00/person) based on work performed and staying for contracted period (4/25/20 - 8/31/20 or 6/1/20 - 10/05/20). Free laundry. Alternating week on/week off schedule. Work more hours on your week off if want. Dinners/Breakfast and Kenai Fjords Tours included in your package plus other discounted excursions. Freezer space available. Potential to make unlimited tips. No state income tax.

Youth Population:

Our youth are placed in care by DCFS. The youth display behaviors consistent with major depressive disorders, oppositional defiance disorder, developmental delays and other emotionally disruptive conditions. The youth at Utah Youth Village struggle with impulse control, emotional control, maintaining relationships, social skills, and other behaviors. Their parents are involved in treatment whenever possible. You would be an important part of a caring and supportive team to provide the youth with effective treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide youth with a caring environment in which to grow and learn.
• Model and teach social skills, self-help skills, academic skills, and independent living skills.
• Foster moral development of youth
• Administer the day-to-day operations of a large family residence
• Supervise a team of Associates who help you care for the youth in the home.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
• Both spouses must be willing to work full-time for Utah Youth Village.
• Must have been married for at least one year.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field preferred.
• May not attend school during the first year of employment.
• Must be willing to live full-time in a Utah Youth Village group home.

Salary: $57,000 per couple

Onsite Facilities Manager(s) - Seattle, WA

Lovely condominium is seeking a full time on-site manager to handle the daily operations of the property.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Vendor management
Monitoring parking
Serving notices
Distributing keys
Janitorial duties include taking out garbage, vacuuming, cleaning of lobby and lobby restrooms.
Must be able to perform minor repairs.
Landscaping
Maintaining the pool
Maintaining the cleanliness of the property, trash area and parking lot
Assisting homeowners
Acting as a liaison between homeowners, management company and residents
40 hours per week

General Guidelines
Read and be conversant with the Declaration, By Laws, House Rules and know their applications. Enforce clearly defined Rules as adopted by the HOA or when in doubt, contact the association manager as to possible violations of residents. Generally, maintain courteous and respectful relations with all unit owners and residents. Take direction for the Association Manager and the Board of Directors only, except in the case of an emergency or when the manager is not available.
