RV Park Manager and Maintenance Man - Breckenridge, TX

We are a new KOA and are seeking an RV Park Asst. Manager to help make Breckenridge / Hubbard Creek Lake KOA the most fun RV Park experience in Texas!
The RV Park Asst. Manager must be a professional, enthusiastic person who strives to exceed expectations for our park guests. As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of park business, including but not limited to guest services, payment processing & collections, event coordination, social media, emails, regular communications with the owners, daily mail, store inventory, maintenance, light construction, and managing & enforcing park policies.
The Asst. Manager will receive training in the KOA Online reservations system (K2). Must be comfortable with the use of technology. Compensation dependent upon qualifications.
Qualifications:
- Professional, enthusiastic, self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Willing to run events, social media, and be the overall “face of the park”
- Comfortable with the use of technology (booking software, excel social media, reports, etc.)
- Live in the Breckenridge, TX community.
- Work weekdays and available on weekends as required.
- Able to pass background check & drug test
Preferred:
- Work & Live on-site at Breckenridge / Hubbard Creek Lake KOA
- Experience in hospitality (Theme Parks, Hotels, Resorts, etc)
- “Go-Getter” who can partner with ownership team to build our KOA experience
- Technology savvy

Facility Management: Monitor and report any issues with RV park facilities and assist with basic maintenance tasks.
Work Schedule:
Hours: Work 20 hours per week in exchange for a free RV site or cabin.
Additional Hours: Opportunity to earn extra money by working additional days beyond the required 20 hours per week.

A couple needed for a family recreational/cattle ranch in the Laramie Mountain Range of southeast Wyoming August 5th to Oct 15. Owners and friends come on weekends, USUALLY Thur. to Sunday. Numbers usually range from 5-20. There is a 10,000ft main residence as well as several outbuildings and structures that will need to be maintained and cared for. The applicants will be responsible for overseeing all systems within and outside the home and buildings with preventative maintenance always in mind. The applicants must be mechanically inclined with carpentry skills for small projects and basic plumbing/electrical. Knowledge in internet researching will be needed to troubleshoot.
Full, detail oriented zone cleaning housekeeping is required along with outbuildings. Weekly overturn cleaning.
Applicants must be fit and willing to help with physical demands (elevation 7800ft)
Basic vehicle maintenance and cleaning of vehicles
Helping serving and cleanup of meals during family attendance.
Groundskeeping
Water features, sprinkler systems, and various walking paths and patios that need to be maintained.
Weekly lawn mowing and landscaping
Plant annuals and maintain perennials on small scale.
Couple team must be comfortable living in the mountains and in an isolated environment.
They need to be able to work alone, but also be comfortable taking direction from the ranch managers and working with a small team.
This 35,000 acre cattle ranch is located in a very beautiful, but remote setting. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts that like to fish, hike, explore.

Live-in Mangers of Adult Foster Home - Medford, OR

Couples Caretaking Position - Swan Valley, ID

Year round caretaking guest ranch. May - October is busy and November - April is very slow. 30' yurt is the living accommodations. 30-40 hour work week per person during busy season and 10-20 hour work week per person in down months. You will be wearing many hats including breakfast chef, laundry, basic handyman experience, yard and lawn maintenance, booking guests, managing housekeeping, some housekeeping, managing big groups and more.
