Where You’ll Be:
You’ll be working as a Park Operations Manager at a charming boutique property surrounded by the breathtaking Ponderosa pines of Northern Arizona. This peaceful escape is perfect for those looking to unwind, explore, or simply soak in the natural beauty of the area. With thoughtfully curated accommodations, scenic views, and easy access to outdoor adventures, The Strawberry Inn provides a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. It’s a true mountain retreat, blending comfort with the charm of small-town living.
Overview:
As the Park Operations Manager, you’ll ensure the property runs like a well-oiled machine. Your key duties will include:
• Providing concierge services, troubleshooting issues, and making guests feel special.
• Hiring and managing the cleaning staff to ensure immaculate accommodations.
• Conducting quality control checks to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Being on-call in the evenings to promptly address guest concerns.
• Overseeing repairs and coordinating with contractors to maintain the property year-round.
• Assisting the cleaning team and accommodating special guest requests as needed.

Qualifications:
• Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering quality service.
• Master of team building, hiring, and leadership.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must relocate Northern Arizona.
• 5+ years of experience in hospitality or retail, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Must have a heart for Hospitality.
Compensation:
● Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
● PTO: 10 days to recharge
