Need a couple with good computer, telephone, office and sales skills as Resident Managers near Broadway and 410. Bilingual and strong maintenance skills are a plus. Both individuals will need to be capable of performing basic office duties (answer rental inquiries by telephone, email, online and onsite, rent spaces and execute those rental agreements provided by Employer, collect rent, security deposits and other charges and deposit those collections daily into Employer's account, etc.).

• Prior management experience including operational and financial experience in managing employees, customer service, purchasing, payroll and accounts payable/receivable.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff.
• Ability to keep all business, operational and resident information confidential.
