Need a couple with good computer, telephone, office and sales skills as Resident Managers near Broadway and 410. Bilingual and strong maintenance skills are a plus. Both individuals will need to be capable of performing basic office duties (answer rental inquiries by telephone, email, online and onsite, rent spaces and execute those rental agreements provided by Employer, collect rent, security deposits and other charges and deposit those collections daily into Employer's account, etc.).

One individual of the couple may be asked to cover vacation for other Alamo Mini-Storage properties in San Antonio occasionally. Extra compensation will be provided.

Though an outside full-time job for either person would not work in this instance many of our team members enjoy other remote jobs and creative hobbies.

Seeking an Onsite Management Team for a well-maintained Mobile Home Community in Bishop California.

This position is for a 2-person team and not an individual. You must be able to relocate to Bishop California

The Office Manager will work with tenants to collect rent, enforce rules, ensure the profitability of the park, conduct evictions, document all financial transactions and delinquent accounts, respond to potential tenants, maintain a high rental percentage, conduct repairs, and manage central services.

The Maintenance Manager is to be responsible for property maintenance, landscaping, and utilities. Must be handy and have basic plumbing, and electrical skills.

Prior mobile home park experience is preferred but not mandatory, training is available for qualified candidates. Salary will be based on experience and will include a home, utilities, vacation, sick time, and health benefits.

** Shuttle vehicles to & from the Bozeman Airport (3.5 miles), to include times of inclement weather.

** Rent units, collect rent and process bank transactions

** General cleaning of facility grounds, vacated units, minor building repairs, garbage runs, site maintenance

** Able to operated light equipment in winter conditions, (snow removal), able to lift 40 pounds
