Tree Farm Caretaker (part time)

We are looking for a caretaker couple to live on our tree farm/ranch property in the Cascade foothills near Silverton, Oregon.  Couple to monitor and maintain the security of the property, as well as care for animals. This is a part-time position with housing available. The farm is within one hour from Portland and twenty minutes from Silverton. Housing is available in a one bedroom 750 sq ft cabin. Cabin is fully furnished and equipped with kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, bathroom, television.  

Equipment Operation: Tractors, Mowers, Chainsaws, Tree Trimming, Shop Equipment, Welding, Table Saw, Hand Tools.
