General/Resident Manager needed to oversee higher end Manufactured Housing Community(s). This is a FT position requiring the Manager(s) to live onsite.
Individuals must have an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the tasks and objectives of the moment. Being able to prioritize work and budget for the community needs is essential.
Tasks include ensuring common areas, amenities, and landscaping is in a presentable condition. A daily inspection of the properties is expected. Assist Residents to maintain their property in a way that enhances the visual and physical comfort of the communities at large by giving notice in a respectful manner that complies with Rules and Regulations (when necessary).
Office Manager Duties:
Public Interaction -- Answering the phone and assisting "walk-in" traffic. Thus, dressing professionally (bus. causual), emotional maturity, being organized, efficient, diplomatic, being able to deal with a diverse population in a fair and ethical manner are absolutely necessary.
Other office duties:
Complete rental/lease applications. Run background screenings. Ability to learn State Laws and Community R&R's. Professional Management Firm?Legal Counsel will assist with this process.
Collect and post rent in an accurate manner. Basic computer skills to operate computerize office software (Rent Manager) designed for this application. Most of the activity of this nature occurs the last few days of each month and first 5 days of the following month so having the office open and being available is key.
Be responsible for Petty Cash, Bank Deposits, Lease Expiration, etc.
Gardening/Landscaping -- Ensurer/supervise maintenance staff or landscaping vendor are keeping the "Curb Appeal" high in all common areas year round.
Attend meetings to keep current on up-dates laws and to enhance one's own job performance.
Qualified candidates must pass a background check which includes, but not limited to credit, criminal, eviction history and mandatory drug testing.

- Inspects Community common areas, models and vacant units on a regular basis and completes the community inspection report.

- Monitors maintenance activities to ensure resident requests and preventative maintenance programs are being performed according to company standards.
- Makes recommendations and oversees the editing of the community newsletter.
- Becomes active in local business community and develops rapport with residential community.
- Attends and participates in training seminars as requested.
- Ensures all on-site staff has enrolled in and completed necessary courses.
- Transports residents and/or prospective residents via motorized vehicle throughout Community grounds; runs errands as necessary.

Job Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School
- Minimum Experience: 2 Years of on-site management
- Minimum Field-of-Expertise: Residential or commercial management experience, including supervisory responsibility.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred Field-of-Expertise: Sales/multi-family leasing experience
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Yardi Accounting Software a plus, but not mandatory

Management Team For All Ages Mobile Home Park - Hemet, CA

Work Campers - Milton, PA

We are always accepting applications for work campers who enjoy hayrides, campfires, fishing, swimming, hiking, outdoor games, experiencing local sites and cuisines, general family fun and laughter! Sure, there is work to be done, and lots of it, during our peak season. But our work campers are our guests, too. There are many other family campgrounds out there. We believe that, in order to bring the best camping experience to our customers, we need to operate a park that we, ourselves, would choose. We hire couples for Office/Maintenance, Activities and Snack Bar. The positions are generally available April through October.
There is some flexibility in start/end dates and work campers may arrive and setup their sites as early as a week ahead of beginning work. As a work camper, you will be provided a large premier site (25ft x 65ft) with 50/30-Amp full hook- up, cable, wifi, laundry allowance, and propane at cost. The site and the extra benefits are in exchange for 6 hours per week per person. The per-hour pay in excess of 6 hours per week is $8.00. We are seeking couples that will put in 32-40 hours per week per person. The major cities of Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington are all within a few hours driving distance. And we have many state parks, hiking/biking and nature trails, Knoebels Amusement Park, Hershey Amusement Park, the Little League World Series, Gettysburg Battlefield, the Pocono Mountains, and Pocono Raceway all just a short drive from the campground.

Setting: Wolfeboro, NH near Lake Winnipesaukee, The Oldest Summer Resort in America. Walk, pedal or paddle to Lakes, Trails, museums, Dining, Beaches, Waterfalls, Canals, Fishing Piers, Bike and Trails, Quaint Shops, Ice Cream Parlors and free summer activities, concerts, shows, craft fairs, regattas, fishing derbies, antique shows, etc, Between the Coast & Mountains.
