Management Team For All Ages Mobile Home Park - Hemet, CA
Would you like to live where you work? We are looking to hire an on-site management team for our all ages mobile home park in the Hemet area. The ideal candidates for this position would be a team consisting of two people with previous experience in relative fields such as Property Management, Self Storage/R.V., and Maintenance.
Must be able to collect and process rents, enforce park rules and regulations and work along side with vendors to maintain the aesthetic condition of the park. Knowledge of the MRL and Fair Housing Laws are required. Must possess strong communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, Mac, email, internet and other office equipment.
Salary is DOE along with your own private residence. Pets are permitted.
