Horizon Outdoor Hospitality is seeking a guest-oriented General Manager or Manager Couple for  RV Park, located in Dayton, Texas! Previous RV park management experience preferred. The ability to work with budgets and financial goals is required. You will play a key role in overseeing the day to day operations of the property.

PERMANENT LIVE-IN CARETAKER COUPLE WANTED FOR SMALL HORSE PROPERTY AT THE BASE OF THE CATALINA MOUNTAINS - Tucson, AZ

We are seeking a reliable couple for our 4 acre horse property in northeast Tucson.

Available early in 2021. 

 We are here November through April, and then we and our two horses and two dogs leave for an AZ mountain home.  When we are here, the work averages 15-20 hours weekly, and much less when we are away.

The setting is quiet and beautiful, with stunning views of the Catalina and Rincon Mountain ranges.  The community is gated and is surrounded by horse ranches.  Our immediate neighbors have donkeys that love treats.  We are finishing the construction of a new separate open concept caretaker house with a garage, two bedrooms, washer & dryer and small storage room.  It is just under 1000 square feet of living space indoors plus a covered patio with mountain views.  In the summer months when we are away you will have use of a gorgeous pool, barbecue and outdoor seating around a firepit. We provide all utilities year-round (internet, power, water, garbage pickup, heating/cooling).  You must be totally nonsmoking, nondrinking and not users of any drugs, and must love animals! You must have horse care experience.

Work consists of caring for two gentle horses, occasional dog sitting, cleaning our house when we are here, maintaining the pool, landscaping, drip irrigation, and the barn (horses are not stalled so barn houses hay, tools and tack), taking care of equipment, and performing occasional home repairs and upkeep as needed.  You should be able to maintain an ATV and manure spreader.

No salary is provided.  The job is perfect for a retired couple or for people who work from home.  You would be free to have some outside work, and we are flexible when it comes to time off for family visits, vacations, etc.  We want people for the long term, who will think of this as their home.  

We have a year-round caretaker family at our mountain home and they have been with us for about 4 years and we consider them friends.  Caretakers at our former Tucson home have also become friends and occasionally house sit for us at our current home.  We would provide you with current and former caretaker contact information as our references.  We look forward to hearing from you.

Husband and wife with small estate seeking non-smoking caretaker couple for property work including 2 friendly horses and  housekeeping.  Hard to describe this beautiful situation with small cottage plus utilities included. 

Close to everything in Northern Virginia and yet on a quiet private road with other small estates.  Live-in only. Tuesday - Saturday and helpful to have experience with a tractor.  Care for the home, plants, laundry, occasional dinner parties plus whatever else needed.  (Lawn maintenance already employed. ) Wash cars, pool (in season) & spa care, odd jobs and repairs as needed.  

Lake Louisa State Park Resident Volunteer Campground Host(s) - Clermont, FL

Join the team at Lake Louisa State Park and live and volunteer in a beautiful state park! Campground hosts answer questions, help with maintenance and are available for late-night emergencies. A campsite is provided in return at no charge.

Job Type: Maintenance

Month Availability: August through October 31^st, 2020

Time Commitment: 20 hours minimum per week per site. 16-week max stay; work 5 consecutive days with two days off per week

Regular Job Duties: Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and campsites (two bathhouses and 60 sites if one host site is signed up; work will be cut in half, on three out of five days, if two host sites are signed up)

Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required: Must have a valid driver’s license, be able to pass a sexual offender background check, be able to work 20 hours a week, be at least 18 years old, and have ability to work outdoors.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience Preferred: Experience working in a campground or state park, working in a ranger station or with customer service, computers, and a cash register, working outside and operating power tools and heavy equipment, experience in carpentry, electric, and/or plumbing.

Additional Information: Campsite has water, electric and sewage hook-ups provided. Site surface is packed limestone gravel. Clermont is situated in Central Florida and close to a lot of Florida attractions.
