Resident Self Storage Managers - Fountain Valley, CA

We are looking for a couple who want a long term position as professional resident managers for our Self Storage facility. Must be reliable, responsible and efficient. Primary responsibilities are to ensure efficient operation of our site.

Duties include maximizing sales & occupancy, controlling delinquencies, light maintenance and cleanup work, light lifting, posting of payments and daily banking deposit preparation. Strong interpersonal, communications skills and computer literacy a must. Previous self-storage experience required.
