- Tearing down and disposing of homes.
- Rodding sewers.
- Repairing water main lines.
- Replacing water heaters, furnaces, etc. in rental homes.
- Minor roofing repairs.
- Ability to work outside for most of the day and juggle multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
PRIOR EMPLOYMENT SUCH AS MANAGING APARTMENTS, MOBILE HOME PARKS OR STORAGE FACILITIES PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED.
Wage: $35,000 with eligibility for overtime, plus bonuses per month, we offer Health and will pay half the premium, dental and vision. Onsite living is also included with utilities.
