Red Razor LLC is a growth company looking for couples to come grow with us.We are currently accepting resumes for couples to be onsite managers.You must have your own RV and live on the property.Prefer experience in RV parks, but will train the right couples.Duties include overall responsibility for park.Keeping the park full or at least at a 95% occupancy rate.Make reservations,collect rents,security deposits & past due rents.Answer phones to quote rents,availability & resolve resident issues.Produce monthly billings thru quickbooks.Meet & greet incoming guests and review park rules with them.Notify residents of upcoming repairs & upcoming events.Make bank deposits timely.

Maintain standards of park grounds and facilities. Direct employees of standards and job duties to keep grounds, equipment & facilities at optimum levels. Communicate to  all staff critical information. Enforce park rules and policies. Maintain safe living conditions for all park staff & residents. Inspect property daily.

Compensation includes lot rent, electricity, wifi, & laundry. As well as a salary. This is a year round opportunity, seasonal couples will not be considered.
