Guest Services Associates - Savannah, GA

Our guest services department works in unison as a team to ensure the highest quality camping experience our guests have ever experienced. Tasks that will be assigned and or required while on shift are escorting guests to their sites, gathering garbage, assist in getting golf carts ready for rental, maintain litter management throughout park, gathering and delivering mail, attend to guest relations and minor issues, enforce any and all regulations/rules/protocols of our resort. This department also staffs our shuttle that takes guests to and from Downown Savannah. We ask that one person be available to run the shuttle one day a week. Shuttle has specific in and out times. This customer friendly ride picks guests up and drops them of at their site. Our work campers are also required to be "On Call" one to two times a week, this has it's own set of nightly tasks included within the shift.
There are some great benifits to working with us alongide having their full hook up site compensated. We have a lovely restraunt on site as well as a general store, our employees enjoy a discout in both areas. You will receive a laundry stipen weekly. We have a heated pool, 2 jacuzzis, a lazy river and a splash pad and kiddie pool for those grandkids!! We partnership with the one of the touring companies in town, as an employee of our establishment you will be privy to one free tour each, They will even come pick you up and bring you home. We work hard to ensure all who stay with us enjoy their time here. Savannah has a lot to offer and so does Creekfire!!
Seeking Couple for GA RV Park part time Manager and Maintenance Live in Year Round - Warner Robins, GA

We are seeking a couple for part time manager and maintenance positions in southern Georgia RV Park and Campground.
This position would require the couple to live on-premise and act as the park manager as well as the maintenance / handyperson.
PARK INFORMATION
Total Spaces: 45
Most guests are monthly with about 20% weekly. Occasional overnight. We are 100% full with a waiting list.
P/T PARK MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage phone calls
- Oversee the move-in and move-out of guests, including interviewing prospective guests, explaining park guest rules
- Follow all Federal Fair Housing Laws and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, immigration status, familial status, or national origin
- Maintain positive relationships with guests
- Answer guest questions; investigate and resolve guest complaints
- Send guests notices for late rent or other park violations
- General maintenance of the RV Park including cleanup of common areas including the office, store and laundry room
- Answer the phone during designated business hours not to exceed 20 hours per week and return all calls regarding park business promptly
- Respond to emergencies, including those “after hours”
- Inspect the property on a daily basis and report any problems to the owner
- Be the contact point for contracted services - trash removal, landscaping, snow removal (rarely), gravel deliveries, etc.
- Inspect park trees for dead or dying limbs and recommend tree trimming as needed
- Design and post park announcements and signs
- Other duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to live in the park
- General maintenance ability
- Ability to work with a cell phone and do internet searches

COMPENSATION
- Free Lot Rent & Utilities
- Monthly Compensation as P/T employee
- Maintenance Position paid as Independent Contractor commensurate with experience and hours. We can set a monthly minimum with additional compensation based on additional work
