Hotel Managers - Sterling, CO

We are seeking hardworking, knowledgeable managers to run a hotel in Sterling, Colorado.  Onsite apartment is available. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage daily operations including front desk, housekeeping & maintenance.

• Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction and brand standards compliance.
• Ensure proper payment from all guests, respond to charge backs & oversee cash handling procedures.
• Work shifts at Front Desk 

• Hire, train and monitor team members, schedule weekly and oversee biweekly payroll

• Prospect for new business and maximize revenue opportunities.

Requirements & Abilities:

• At least 2-3 years of management experience in hotel.
• Ability to take ownership of activities and follow through to completion.
• Ability to oversee Housekeeping and maintanence staff

Experience in a fast-pace, high energy and demanding work environment
