Dedicated Ranch Caretaker/Concierge Couple team needed to provide hands-on work at a beautiful, 10,000-acre ranch in northwestern Colorado. Must be able to work with minimal supervision while meeting the needs of the ranch owners, managers, and guests with a positive and fun attitude.

Will work directly for the ranch managers to carry out the operation and maintenance of the hospitality side of the ranch. Must be professional, organized, and able to complete work in a timely manner to ensure the ranch is running smoothly and always kept in first class condition while maintaining the buildings and grounds and maximizing the Owner’s enjoyment. Must be excellent communicators.

The couple will be responsible for mowing, landscaping, building maintenance, light construction, snow removal and contractor supervision. Must be mechanically inclined and able to provide hands-on maintenance and repair to buildings (interior & exterior), vehicles and work-related equipment.

The couple will provide hosting/concierge services for the owners and their guests along with full housekeeping duties and occasional basic cooking when owners are in residence.

The owners and guests are at the ranch for approximately 6-8 weeks throughout the year; therefore, the ability to focus on and enjoy the maintenance and upkeep of the ranch is important while also being able to quickly change hats and assume the hospitality role is important.  Must be dedicated, honest and flexible with an eye for detail. A background in high-end guest ranch hospitality is required. Prefer someone with snowmobile/winter sports experience.

This is a long-term position that is full time for both people from approximately May 1st until October 15th each year. Full time for the man and part-time duties for the woman during the winter.  Competitive salary, benefits, and year-around housing available for the right couple.

The gas station/store that caters to campers, park visitors and hunters. It is at an elevation of 8,800 ft and is remotely located.
