Job Requirements:

Prior on-site motel property management experience required.

Experience in light maintenance/handyman skills

Knowledge of computers

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

front desk, night audit, breakfast, house keeping and minor maintenance, handle check in and check out of guests / guest complaints / property improvements / Work to increase revenue and customer experience at the property.
