What is OVSI (Orlando Vacation Stay Inn)?
OVSI is a privately owned Vacation Rental Property Management company in Kissimmee Florida. We offer full-service short term rental property management to real estate investors who own properties in Storey Lake Resort. We handle every aspect of the property’s management, all sales and marketing, all accounting and guest services for all the properties we manage. Our goal is to provide a quality vacation rental and deliver memorable experiences for every guest who stays with us while visiting Kissimmee.
What we are looking for?
OVSI is currently looking to hire an experienced couple/team to become the Property Managers for our properties. This couple/team needs to have experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in resorts, hotel or in property management of some kind. They must be able to handle the day-to-day operations of the business and understand and perform to the quality standards expected by the ownership and management of the company. This is a fast paced, guest satisfaction driven business that heavily relies on this position to ensure that all our guests have the best experiences possible. This job can be demanding, but if you have good time management skills and like working in a career that no two days are the same, this could be the opportunity you have been looking for.

What is the job exactly?
The couple/team hired will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations on the ground in Storey Lake Resort. Here is an outline of the tasks you will be required to handle;
Arrival and Departure Inspections of the Units
Maintenance and Upkeep of the Units
All Laundry for the Units
Overseeing Vendors (ie Housekeeping and Pool Vendors)
Accounting of Spending for Supplies and Materials
Decoration Updates of Units
Unit Inventories
Linen and Towel Inventory
Upkeep of the two company Vehicles
Transporting Guests to and from Disney, Universal or Airport
Communicating with GM and Operations Manager
Weekly meeting via Video Conference with Management and Ownership
What does OVSI offer you?

Seasonal or long term available. FHU site in exchange for duties that include phone reservations, check-ins, site cleanup, cleaning of small bathhouse, light maintenance, etc 2 days per week.
Camp Manager & Host - June Lake, CA
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
We're a small RV park in June Lake, California looking for a Workamping couple or single. The camp host will work 4 days per week (May 1-November 1) in exchange for a FHU site with cable, Wi-Fi, laundry and a $400/month, cash stipend.
Previous camp host experience is necessary. You must be very friendly and have excellent customer service skills, as well as great computer/phone/tablet literacy. Unlimited texting/calling on your phone is needed to communicate with the owners. You must be physically able and capable of lifting up to approximately 50 pounds.
Responsibilities include:
- Checking guests in and out
- Checking, rearranging, picking up sites after checkouts and cleaning tables, picking up trash or dog poop if needed
- Cleaning (4 showers, 4 toilets, small laundry room, fish cleaning station, small office)
- Assisting guests by giving information, doing late check-ins, selling firewood, giving quarters for laundry, etc.
- Management of supply needs/refills, bank deposits, flyers at office, etc.
- Enforcing rules with campers and guests
- Other miscellaneous jobs such as raking leaves/pine needles, watering flowers, recycling, cleaning cobwebs, stacking wood, changing mouse traps, spraying bugs, etc.
If you are a couple, jobs can be split between the two of you however you'd like. This position would be great for people who love adventuring and being outdoors, with a few days off per week there's so much to do in this area!

We are looking for an energetic and motivated couple who loves working in the hospitality industry to join us in growing our business. The property has and still undergoing an extensive renovation. The innkeepers must have a strong work ethic and be reliable, flexible, detail-oriented, as well as possess strong communication skills. A professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills are essential. The Innkeepers will be "working managers" and must be able to work in a team environment. A 1 bedroom apartment with living room and kitchen is included.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to;
- Manager/Customer Service
- Maintenance
- Grounds
- Marketing: Facebook, website, committee involvement within the community.
- Housekeeping: Assigns and monitors the housekeeping and maintenance of the hotel via inspections. Ensure that there is a consistently high level of maintenance in the rooms, common areas, service areas and exterior grounds
- Guest relations/Reservations/Event Planning: reservations, check ins, check outs, inquiries and special requests, groups, etc.) to ensure highest level of guest satisfaction. Greeting guests and assisting guests with all aspects of their stay, including making dinner reservations, providing for their comfort and their enjoyment of the inn, helping carry luggage, discussing area activities, and anything else they require.
- Answer guest complaints and resolves problems as to exceed guest expectations. Monitors and responds appropriately to online feedback (via TripAdvisor, Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Direct the daily operations of the Inn.
- Serve/set out breakfast daily if requested. We currently are not offering breakfast since we are building our business.
- Maintain excellent communications with staff and owner to encourage and promote positive working relationships.
- Hires/trains staff and conducts performance evaluations. Provides coaching and counseling to all employees when necessary.
- Responsible for maintaining supply ordering for all departments.
- Accountable for cash management, and submitting timely payroll, A/P, A/R, and revenue reporting
- Maintains well-organized files.
- Has in-depth knowledge of the City of Little Rock with its various attractions.
- Works with the Owner to actively oversee and manage hotel room rates to achieve highest yields based on forecasted occupancy and demand.
- Occupy and oversee the hotel during hours when the lobby is closed, including nights and weekends to ensure guest safety and security. Innkeeper is on-call after hours and must be reachable by guests. Answering the telephone with a professional, service-oriented demeanor and a clear voice
- Using a computer and online reservation system
- Processing payments
- Generally managing the operations of a successful lodging establishment and anything else that comes up.
Other duties as assigned by the owners - Groundskeeper: Maintain the yard, flower beds. Keep exterior free of debris and trash at all times.
- Innkeepers also performs housekeeping and maintenance tasks. Housekeeping duties include (but are not limited to):
- Making beds and changing linens, towels and robes,cleaning floors, vacuuming, which includes changing the vacuum bag and cleaning the filters.
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathroom floors, sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, and mirrors Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces and appliances
- Dusting and polishing furniture and other surfaces
- Cleaning exterior porches and windows
- Removing stains from carpets
- Cleaning underneath and behind furniture
- Cleaning air conditioner filters
- Cleaning light fixtures, lamps, and light bulbs Identifying and reporting items, furniture, fixtures, etc. that may require repair Any other housekeeping duties we may require
