Cooks must be efficient at high volume/fast-paced, enjoy being busy, able to suggest creative specials, be experienced and strong on the line, plus work with buffets and employee meals. Our busy Summer Season is almost here, and then we roll into our Fall/Winter Season. The positions are YEAR ROUND, but seasonal help will be considered.
We provide: Salary Plus Room & Board, Limited Wireless Internet Access, Satellite TV, Phone at the Lodge, and miscellaneous other personal items. You will be eligible for one week paid vacation after one year. We also offer the option to have Direct Deposit. We offer a simple IRA. All employees have free use of the Pool and Hot Tub at both Bear Lodge and Elk View Inn (currently closed per Covid directives) and Employee Laundry areas. Job Summary
- Administers and maintains all phases of community operations to include personnel functions, leasing, community maintenance, monitoring market conditions, budget control, advertising, and resident relations.
General Accountabilities
- Identifies and addresses issues associated with a supervisory position.
- Hires, trains, coaches, and evaluates on-site employees.
- Performs duties to attain the highest levels of resident service.
- Responds promptly to employee’s/customer’s needs and concerns.
- Processes and approves payment of invoices on a timely basis.
- Ensures completion of various daily, weekly and monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reviews reports and makes operating recommendations.
- Monitors Budget Control Log and regularly reports variances.
- Reports or offers recommendations for community capital improvements or repairs, the development of job specifications, bid acquisitions, contract developments, and negotiations, etc.
- Prepares and inputs remote timesheets and payroll-related information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supports overall marketing efforts and offers input and suggestions in regards to promotions, advertisements, etc.
- Analyzes and monitors community market conditions to anticipate market changes or trends that could affect the profitability of the community.
- Monitors closing ratios of leasing associates to ensure requirements are met and provides additional training as necessary.
- Supervises the planning and implementation of, and attends and monitors, various community recreational and social activities.
- Ensures staff is implementing resident retention and renewal programs.
- Supervises and ensures collection of all rent and other Community income.
- Inspects Community common areas, models, and vacant units on a regular basis and completes the community inspection report.
- Reviews and approves or rejects resident applications.
- Understands and complies with state landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing laws and standards.
- Performs a variety of duties associated with maintenance and related programs.
- Monitors maintenance activities to ensure resident requests and preventative maintenance programs are being performed according to company standards.
- Makes recommendations and oversees the editing of the community newsletter.
- Becomes active in the local business community and develops a rapport with a residential community.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School
- Minimum Experience: 2 Years of on-site management
- Minimum Field-of-Expertise: Residential or commercial management experience, including supervisory responsibility.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred Field-of-Expertise: Sales/multi-family leasing experience
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Yardi Accounting Software a plus, but not mandatory
Resort Maintenance Couple - Italy

Looking for an energetic couple to keep our beautiful seasonal Eco-Holiday Resort, June - September, in pristine condition. We have four self-catering holiday houses, one apartment, swimming pool and tennis court and gardens. Previous experience nessecary, the ideal couple will have the ability and desire to handle all aspects from checking guests in and out, general maintenance, working with and organising cleaners, preparing houses for new guest arrivals, swimming pool, garden and tennis court maintenance.
Average working week is 20 hours per person. The couple will enjoy the owners one bedroom apartment with all utilities, Sat TV and Wifi included. The self-employed couple will be paid monthly in a rears.

We are a Non-Profit Camp for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities filling positions for
Janitorial, Groundskeeping. Up to two couples or 4 individuals in Williams arizona
We are in immediate need of Janitorial/Groundskeeper/light maintenance (painting) helpers for our 2021 season, in Williams Arizona. Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Required (for Level 1 DES-DDD/HCBS-Home & Community Based Services, $75 fee (will be reimbursed if clear), May 1st through August 30th.
The Camp is located just a few minutes north of the tourist town of Williams Az, Home of the Grand Canyon Railway, the number one tourist destination for the Grand Canyon. The camp is located on 15 acres and provides camping experiences for our clients by providing programs throughout the summer. We typically have 50 to 70 clients with a 1 to 1 staff ratio, 100 to 150 in camp at a time. Campers arrive on Monday and depart the following Monday.
Compensation: RV sites with Water and Electric included, (waste water coming but may not be available this summer, dump station close,, shower house available close to RV sites), meals and weekly stipend available, negotiable up to $650.
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Janitorial/house keeping
- Grounds (no formal landscaping, just weed control, flower pot/beds, trash pickup)
Our clients will make you want to come back year after year! Our location is also perfect for those who love the outdoors to hike, mountain bike, and to live in a beautiful area at 6500’ elevation, surrounded by thousands of acres of land and wildlife. Candidates may arrive in April and stay through September so that they may explore Williams, Northern Arizona and the Grand Canyon.
Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience with 2+ years tenure in a current or previous position is preferred. Team members will be expected to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for the entire summer program schedule.
Couples can have the same days off. Camper hours are typically between 7am and 8pm, 7 days a week, but may vary as needed. Team members will be working a shift during these hours.
