Resident Storage Management Team - Sherwood, AR
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
Our Self Storage is looking for an on-site resident property management team and/or couple to manage one of our growing self storage facilities in the Sherwood, AR area.
What will you be doing?
- Answer phone inquiries from prospective tenants
- Convert phone inquiries into site visits
- Show property, explain terms of occupancy, and provide information about the facility to prospective tenants
- Sign new lease with prospects who visit the property
- Collect monthly rental fees when paid by tenants
- Perform general routine maintenance, minor repair work and cut locks from delinquent units
- Monitor property on a regular basis for security, maintenance needs, and cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of vacant units
What does it take to qualify? Both applicants must have the following:
- Great customer service and phone etiquette
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
- Sales and/or Leasing experience a plus
- Must be reliable
- Self-starter, ability to work independently
- Available during the hours of 9:00am -6:00pm, M-F and 9:00am – 1:00pm on Saturday
- Must live on-site

Camphosts - Klamath, CA

Hi guys. We have an easy & fun position available. volunteer 18 to 20hrs per week in exchange for a full hook up RV site with cable and internet. We have camp host position available pretty easy position helping us with checking in customers and escorting them to their sites.

Work Campers - New Douglas, IL

This position will require the couple to work 24 hours a week, combined total. We are looking for Workers to start work as soon as possible. If you are a people person, energetic and enjoy socializing with guests-We Need You!
Office primary duties will include, but not limited to, taking reservations, checking in guests, managing the phones, collecting rent/electric payments, food handling and assist with keeping the office clean and orderly.
The Maintenance work camper needs to be an all around handyman. Light electrical and plumbing knowledge would be a plus. Primary duties will include, escorting new arrivals and assist with parking campers when needed. On occasion, you may be asked to do some light weed-eating and tree trimming. Otherwise, this position will require being on standby to assist in the store or to fix/or clean up minor issues.
We are offering a full hook-up site 50 or 30 Lakefront FHU, which includes water, sewer and electric stipend, discount in our store and on propane.
Assistant to Property and Maintenance Managers - Rossville, GA

Immediate opening. Looking for a “hands-on” couple to assist property and maintenance managers with the day-to-day operations of an RV park located in Rossville, Georgia. Couple preferred. Compensation based on experience and will include full hookup site with electric, water, sewer, and on-site laundry.
Job Duties for Assistant to Property Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Front desk operations including answering the phone, taking reservations, answering guest questions, etc.
- Help maintain front office area and retail area
- Assist the Property Manager in projects
- Assist guest when necessary
- Maintain a positive attitude and offer highquality customer service
Job Duties for Assistant to Maintenance Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Perform general repair and maintenance of facilities, common areas, and pool area
- Assisting in maintaining curb appeal
- Assist Maintenance manger in projects
- Respond to maintenance calls
- Communicate effectively and professionally with contractors
Qualifications:
- Must be willing and able to live onsite
- Must be available when Property Manager and/or Maintenance Manager are off premises
- Previous RV park management experience is a must
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to oversee staff
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Campground reservations experience (for assistant to property manager)
- Ability to work on a computer and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word (for assistant to property manager)
- Basic experience in plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and maintenance (for assistant to maintenance manager)
- Must be capable of performing onsite maintenance (for assistant to maintenance manager)

We would provide a salary for both members of the couple and an one bedroom suite on site. Salary would depend on experience.
