Coffee Shop Manager(s) - Oklahoma

Unique situation!  You will manage and later OWN a coffee shop with its own built-in clientele.  Really great opportunity if you have previous restaurant/coffee shop management experience and prefer some cooking skills.  What makes this unique is that this coffee shop is attached to a 25-unit extended stay motel in Lawton, Oklahoma, a city of 90,000 residents.  There are 6 similar motels within a 3-block radius as well as businesses and much traffic on the busiest street in Lawton.  There is no coffee shop or restaurant nearby.  Run right, you will be very busy. 

In addition, there are many single family homes and apartments within walking distance.   We offer a captive audience with no where else close to have a good meal.   Pay and further details will be discussed at interview.  This is permanent, full-time work with an opportunity to own this business and make a great living by your own efforts!!
