POSITION SUMMARY
This position is a combination of maintaining grounds around our operations and a pool at the resort. It involves outdoor work digging, weeding, moving, watering, mowing and cutting for grounds. Pool duties include cleaning, maintaining chemical balances, and maintain pump and filters cleaning schedules. Some light maintenance work will be required at times in the resort or operations as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior grounds work preferred but not required
- Prior pool work and certification preferred but will send employee to be certified
- Must be able to perform physically repetitive tasks in a hot climate
- Must be able to pass a MVR check and have a valid driver’s license
- Prior light equipment (bob cat or tractor) operation helpful but not required
- Basic maintenance and mechanical knowledge helpful
- Horticultural and gardening knowledge helpful
- Irrigation system knowledge helpful
Essential Functions:
- Upkeeps grounds and plant life in all guest and employee housing areas
- Maintains and cleans pool
- Helps haul trash trailers to the local landfill
- Assures proper irrigation is working for grass and plants
- Picks up refuse in guest areas and parking lots
- Empties guest trash receptacles on property
- Operates and drives light vehicles, golf carts, lawn mowers and other machinery as certified and in a safe manner
- Provides excellent guest service when in contact with external and internal guests
- Works as a team with other employees
- Reports to work on time, in uniform and follows work and break schedule
- Maintains appropriate behavior at work, and in company housing facilities as defined in employee handbook and housing contract

POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibilities of a Front Desk Agent involve checking in and out of hotel guests, creating walk-in reservations, answering phones and general guest questions while adhering to Ticaboo guest service and sales standards.
SUPERVISION
Reports to the General Manager, and works with another guest services supervisor and housekeeping supervisor and room inspectors as a cross trained supervisory team.
QUALIFICATION
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money accurately.
- Basic knowledge and/or ability to be trained on computer software.
- Customer service oriented.
- High school diploma - required
- Willing to work holidays and weekends - required
- Able to communicate verbally and written in English
- College degree - preferred
- At least 2 years’ previous customer service experience - preferred

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Ensure work standards and check lists are posted and adhered to.
- Check guests in and out of the lodge.
- Maintain a professional, clean, image and demeanor with guests at all times.
- Relay accurate resort, property and area information to guests.
- Take accurate reservations via the phone.
- Inform guests of additional services and amenities the resort and affiliates offer.
- Read the logbook and most recent MOD report to ensure knowledge of all events.
- Ensure that the guest request log, welcome call log, and complaint log are completed and followed up.
- Own all guest requests and ensure they are followed up within 15 minutes of the request.
- Ensure all guest room moves are noted and completed and cancelled if applicable.
- Deliver amenities, luggage assist, maintenance duties.
- Responsible for handling a cash bank, signing in and out.
- F&B responsibilities: Coffee service, guest service area, and other duties as required.

Camp Host Work Campers - Parker, AZ

Couples work 2 days per week per host, singles work 3 days per week, additionally, hosts are required to work holiday weekends & specific events.
Independently use the ASTRA (reservation/POS system)
Book and edit reservations
Take payments/deposits for reservations as well as guests already checked-in
Check-in/Check-out guests
Input new and monthly meter reads (as needed)
Perform end of day procedures
Obtain Park inventory, used as a reference when performing daily check-out procedures and to identify sites that may have occupants who entered the Park after hours. Once inventory is reconciled to ASTRA, if necessary, approach the camper in the site in question to determine if they belong in the site or not. Proceed accordingly.
Ensure green vehicle tags are valid prior to allowing vehicles into the park. If the tag is out of date, ensure via ASTA that the person belongs in the park, if so, provide an updated vehicle tag. If not proceed appropriately.
Make regular rounds through the park throughout each shift. Be proactive. If it looks questionable, question it.

Guests are properly situated on their site
RV is facing in the correct direction
