We are looking for a manager (couple) for our park in Mesa, Arizona.

Compensation is $30,000 per year.

Full - Time Salaried Position.

We are a family owned business looking for a self driven, personable and efficient community manager for our gated 55+ manufactured housing community. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the property. Rent collection, data entry into excel for the projections, rent rolls. Collection of rent, posting of rents and deposits to the bank.

Maintaining accurate reports is very important for this job, so if you are not good with Excel please dont submit.

We are also seeking a maintenance person for this location.
