We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Office Manager couple for a full-time, year-round position at St. Anton Condos, an 84-unit complex that has a pool, spa, and recreational room. This position requires and provides onsite living (utilities included) located in the beautiful High Sierra ski resort town of Mammoth Lakes, California. Experience at a resort complex or hospitality/hotel experience is required for both positions. Hard work and dedication are a must during the winter season while the off-season provides a more relaxed tempo. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE ST. ANTON OFFICE.
The Maintenance Manager:
- Must enhance the owner and customer experience and work well with others.
- Provide day-to-day hands-on maintenance and upkeep of the resort.
- Must be competent in snow removal equipment operations and snow management in winter.
- Must be very well organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in scheduling contractors and supervising the on-site assistant.
- Must have general knowledge in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance skills,
- Must have knowledge of pool/spa operation and maintenance, landscaping with irrigation maintenance, and general day-to-day operations of the condo complex.
- Leadership skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and be accountable for duties, and projects.
- The position requires the ability to think outside of the box and manage challenging issues as they arise.
The Office Manager:
- Must enhance the owners and customer experience and work well with others.
- Approximately 60% of the time will be operating and managing a rental program for individual owners, including:
- Managing reservations, including guest check-in and check-out
- Managing housekeeping (scheduling housekeeping contractor)
- Managing quality control checks
- Provide day-to-day operation of office and rental programs.
- Knowledge of computer-based reservation systems.
- Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, and spreadsheet compilation
- Must be very well organized, detail-oriented, proficient in scheduling guests, and contractors, and managing the office assistant.
- Good communication skills both written and oral, monitoring and answering customer and owner requests.
- Proficient at maintaining social media profiles, and owner correspondence.
- The position requires the ability to think outside of the box and manage challenging issues as they arise.
