Seeking a caretaker for our special needs son.  Tyler is 27 years old and loves to be social and active.  He works 2 jobs and goes to camp 3 days times a week.  This position is unique in that this person will work part-time for part of the year and then full-time for part of the year.  We offer a free apartment on the property premises excluding internet.

  This individual would work part time while we are living in our home but would then be full time when we are travelling.   This position would include health benefits and pre-arranged times off.  Pay depends on experience.   

Property In Need of Manager / Maintenance - Lynnwood, WA

Looking for FULL TIME time ONSITE RESIDENT MANAGER and MAINTENANCE for 96-unit apartment buildings in Northern Washington area (Lynnwood, WA)

Position & responsibilities:

●Physically walk and inspect the property on a daily basis and check on vacant apartments inside the units.
●Communicate with tenants and maintain a positive customer service attitude.
●Perform move out inspections with tenants moving out.
●Perform move in inspections with new tenants.
●Show apartments for rent and process paperwork including payables and ledgers.
●Help oversee vendors and maintenance people working on the property.
●Collect and input rents.

Requirements
•Must have at least 3 years’ experience as an onsite resident manager

Our RV Resort is searching for a couple (Office Support & Grounds Maintenance duo) to join our team! These positions are full-time, requiring 40 hours work for each person.  The office support job duties include maintaining the resort’s amenities, accepting guest payments, processing reservations.  The grounds maintenance duties include performing general maintenance and grounds work.  Both are responsible for light housekeeping of a small bathhouse and laundry facility.

Camphost couple wanted immediatley for summer season (May 1 to Sept 15), 2023 in the beautiful Okanagan Valley. Twin Lakes Golf Resort is an 18 hole professional golf course with 37 RV sites, washrooms, showers, and laundry facility.

Duties:

Office - booking RV reservations by phone or email; dealing with drop-in enquiries; checking guests in; daily washroom and laundry room cleaning.

RV Park- cutting and watering grass; site maintenance; site check-in escort; emptying garbage and recycle bins; and daily washroom cleaning.

Camphost couple receive a full hook up 30amp site; WiFi; and renumeration; working a 3 days on, 3 days off schedule with one other couple.

We are seeking a couple to manage a 100 space RV Park. One individual will be in the office doing all aspects of office work, while the other will be outside doing all aspects of property maintenance. The positions are salaried and include a newly remodeled double wide on site.  

Office Position: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced RV Park  office manager to oversee the daily operations of our RV Park in West Richland, WA. This property is undergoing modernization of systems and processes and the successful candidate will be especially skilled at change management for the staff and guests. This full time role is responsible for overall guest satisfaction and park profitability by managing guest services, coordinating with the maintenance team, and executing the overall strategy of the park.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily park operations
• Ensure that the Park provides a safe, clean, and enjoyable guest experience
• Manage park operating budget and expenses
• Manage the parks reservations and check-in/check-out processes.
• Ensure that the park is in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Outside Position: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RV Park Maintenance manager to oversee the grounds at our RV Park. The maintenance manager’s role is to ensure our park is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort for our guests. This full time role is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including, plumping, electrical, carpentry, and groundskeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of park facilities, equipment, and grounds to identify areas in need of maintenance repair
• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
• Complete daily pool chemical checks, and maintenance
• Read propane and electrical meters monthly and provide to office worker to bill guests accordingly.
• Be diligent about the safety and operations of the park and ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• Ensure park facilities are kept in clean and usable  state at all times (facilities include: 8 showers, 10 toilets, small laundry room, pool/hot tub, fitness room)
