This position is unique in that this person will work part-time for part of the year and then full-time for part of the year. We offer a free apartment on the property premises excluding internet.
This individual would work part time while we are living in our home but would then be full time when we are travelling. This position would include health benefits and pre-arranged times off. Pay depends on experience.

Office Support & Grounds Maintenance - Alvin, TX

Our RV Resort is searching for a couple (Office Support & Grounds Maintenance duo) to join our team! These positions are full-time, requiring 40 hours work for each person. The office support job duties include maintaining the resort’s amenities, accepting guest payments, processing reservations. The grounds maintenance duties include performing general maintenance and grounds work. Both are responsible for light housekeeping of a small bathhouse and laundry facility.

RV Park- cutting and watering grass; site maintenance; site check-in escort; emptying garbage and recycle bins; and daily washroom cleaning.
Camphost couple receive a full hook up 30amp site; WiFi; and renumeration; working a 3 days on, 3 days off schedule with one other couple.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily park operations
- Ensure that the Park provides a safe, clean, and enjoyable guest experience
- Manage park operating budget and expenses
- Manage the parks reservations and check-in/check-out processes.
- Ensure that the park is in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of park happenings, staff concerns, and all information related to smooth and efficient park operations.
Outside Position: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RV Park Maintenance manager to oversee the grounds at our RV Park. The maintenance manager’s role is to ensure our park is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort for our guests. This full time role is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including, plumping, electrical, carpentry, and groundskeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of park facilities, equipment, and grounds to identify areas in need of maintenance repair
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Complete daily pool chemical checks, and maintenance
- Read propane and electrical meters monthly and provide to office worker to bill guests accordingly.
- Be diligent about the safety and operations of the park and ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
- Ensure park facilities are kept in clean and usable state at all times (facilities include: 8 showers, 10 toilets, small laundry room, pool/hot tub, fitness room)
