Looking for full time couple for housekeeping, barn work, lawn care, ground maintenance.
Property located in Aledo, TX. One bedroom house located on property with all utilities except phone.
The woman must enjoy housekeeping and have a strong work ethic. Shopping, errands, and housekeeping as needed. Some laundry and cooking on occassion. Must enjoy caring for pets including dogs and birds.
Man must be comfortable working with horses with prior experience. Barn work to include cleaning stalls, and hauling hay. Includes feeding grain, hay and water to horses and other animals. Grounds maintenance, house maintenance, lawn care and pool maintenance. Errands, feed store, etc.
Must have good attitude and strong work ethic. Must be self starters who work well without supervision.
Non-smoking and no children. We will run criminal background check, drug test, and require references.
The position offers living accomodations plus small salary for each individual.

Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the task and objectives of the moment. Maintenance is one of the biggest issues. Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; trimming trees and shrubs; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency; overseeing all aspects of the community. Being able to prioritize work and budget for the community needs is essential. Applicants must apply as a team and live on-site in management provided home. Computer & maintenance skills are required.
We offer excellent compensation & possible advancement opportunities. Candidates must pass a background and credit check, but perfect credit is not required.
