DOMESTIC RANCH COUPLE SOUGHT FOR TEMPORARY 4 MONTH POSITION AT AN HISTORIC RANCH IN NEVADA

A great opportunity for experience on an historic ranch in northern Nevada.

The Couple will start on or around May 15th 2012 and run through September 15th with the possibility of extension.

1.Cook/Chef and food service - Responsible for total kitchen function while client is in residence. Menu planning, procuring of the finest products available, preparation, cleanliness, and service. Experience with a variety of food styles is great but be proficient in Steakhouse, Grill and Game.

2.Housekeeper & House Assistant - On-site and available for clients needs. Must be very professional in demeanor and appearance, knowledgeable and willing to do what it takes to make the client experience enjoyable. A go-getter with a positive attitude is essential. Responsible for the cleanliness of a 6000 square foot facility including living areas, bedrooms, kitchen/dining, bathrooms, and help with laundry. Help with service as needed. There will be occasional extra hands to help with major cleaning.

Positions will have a set schedule but must be available at all times if requested while client is in residence.

Approximately 8 to 15 guests as an average throughout the stay.

This is a very rural setting on a very large and beautiful working ranch. Please be comfortable with a natural setting.

An negotiable salary is being offered with private living and travel accommodations included.

Innkeeper (Couple) - Chama, NM

Located in magnificent Northern New Mexico, Chama is home to America's most authentic Steam Railroad. Magnificent landscapes and intriguing history draw visitors to this unique destination.

To accommodate these visitors, an exceptional lodging facility exists: The Branding Iron Motel. We are searching for an inspired couple/team or individual to ensure a service level equal to the surroundings. The facilities include 39 guest rooms.

The Innkeeper will have multiple responsibilities but will be focused on ensuring each guest's expectations are exceeded. Due to the intimate size of the Inn, the position is "hands-on" and will have the benefit of being directly involved in providing the guest experience. Involvement in the local community as the "Ambassador" of the Branding Iron Motel will be a key expectation of the job. If you have demonstrated success as a supervisor, are capable of managing multiple priorities, and possess the knowledge and skills to profitably lead a lodging operation through the business day, we'd like to hear from you! This posting is a seasonal position beginning late April and ending late October. The position includes a non-smoking manager's living quarters.

Experience as a resident manager is a plus though not required. EOE.

MO/AR Resort –Annual RV Park and Small Resort on Bull Shoals Lake. Work Campers wanted – work a max of 30 hours per week combined ( July 30 hours per week most other months 15-20 combined hours )in exchange for RV spot for the summer(Mid May to Sept or longer ) would consider starting early for the right couple – full hookup electric, water, sewer, have Wi-Fi hotspot, pool, boat dock, Lakeview. Family owned Resort and annual RV Park. Must be friendly and hard working. Job includes cleaning cabins 75 % of time and balance in outdoor work – pool cleaning and weed eating may include minor cabin maintenance. Must be like water and to fish and enjoy a quiet setting.
