41 unit RV Park in Branson Missouri seeking a short-term temporary caretaker/light maintenance person to live onsite during the off-season In exchange for space on a pad on the grounds. Couples are welcome to apply. Could become a long-term paid assignment based on qualifications.

Start date as soon as possible, end date mid-March, if temporary.
The duties would include:
• Keeping a watchful eye on the property to ensure that ne’er-do-wells remain off of the property
• Opening the water spigots at each pad each day for a short amount of time to keep the water flowing through the pipes.
• Check the bathrooms daily, run the water, check that the heat is functional
• Check the water well house to ensure that the heat is on, add chlorine as necessary, ensure the unit is functional
• Check the cabin and office space to ensure heat is functional, run the water for a short span
• Meet/greet scheduled vendors onsite as needed to perform necessary tasks
• Check propane tank and report back readings, place order for refill when instructed
• Other small miscellaneous tasks as needed

Live In Motel / Inn Managers Required - Skagit Valley, WA

Duties:

Inspects guestrooms, outside grounds and public areas for cleansiness and appearance. Maintaining the property, including completing basic repairs and maintenance.
Skills:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in Hotel / Motel management required. Strong customer service, interpersonal, supervisory and organizational skills. A proven track record in marketing the business and increasing occupancy levels. Computer knowledge (Windows, Microsoft Office, POS Systems , Electronic Lock Equipment , Reservation Systems)
Requirement:
Able to Live on premises and provide night service if applicable. Available 24/7 and provide a flexible work schedule including weekends. Two bedroom suite is provided which includes all utilities.

Manager Couple needed in Florida

Motel in SE Florida, one block from the beach is looking for new managers. New owners have taken over the property and the existing managers are retiring. This is a 16 unit motel that was built in the 60's so excellent maintenance skills are required for the upkeep of the property.
It is a limited service motel, with only weekly maid service that you are required to do. Most guests are return customers so they expect their usual high standard of cleanliness. This is a full time live on site position for a couple.
You will handle the running of the whole property, from reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping and the swimming pool. There are no other staff, so you are expected to be able to perform all these duties yourselves.
Strong computer skills are also needed as there is online marketing and the reservations system is computerized.
Compensation is a large one bedroom apartment, all utilties paid, including phone, cable TV and internet. It can either be furnished or unfurnished. On top of that the position pays 25K/Year for the couple.
Non smoking and no pets allowed. Background checks will be conducted.

Resident Manager Team - Oakville, Ontario, Canada

OVERALL PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE
Minto is current seeking a Resident Manager team for their Oakville location. The Resident Manager personnel are responsible in maintaining, and supervising a high standard, quality building by providing superior customer service and managing the needs of the residents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete litter pick-up around the exterior of the building and at the exit stairwells, as well as the garage
- Check compactor room and replace bins when full.
- Complete mechanical checks and readings
- Complete insuite and common area maintenance as required.
- Vacuuming (only if necessary when cleaners are off site)
- Mopping of all areas (only on emergency – if necessary when cleaners are off).
- Complete move in and move out inspections
- Assist with completion of annual suite inspections
- Leasing and administrative support
- Emergency on-call support
- To assist the direction and supervision of all cleaning personnel where applicable or provide cleaning services where no cleaner is provided in the building
- To ensure Resident satisfaction and deliver an exemplary “customer service” experience to all residents
- Effectively and efficiently communicate with residents in an informative professional manner whether written or verbal communication
- Handle all resident complaints quickly and professionally
- Complete assigned repairs generated through service calls, annual inspections, and general building inspections
- Complete daily cleaning of the building
- Inspect common areas daily, including garages and grounds, complete litter pick up throughout and identify any deficiencies
- Perform move in/move out and other required in suite inspections
- Carry out daily inspections of fire, boiler and other mechanical systems
- Take necessary safety precautions as required during inclement weather by shovelling, sanding and salting sidewalks and building entrances and post necessary caution signage
- Understand and abide by company policies, the Tenant Protection Act, Privacy Act, and Municipal Property Standards By-Laws, and any other applicable legislation governing day-to-day operations
- Deliver notices to residents in a timely manner as directed by CMC/Property Manager
- Perform daily review of building security and repair any deficiencies
- Clean up area in which repairs were performed and remove any debris
- Touch up painting of common areas and painting of mechanical room when required
- Perform the duties outlined in the operational checklist and submit monthly
- Ensure outside contractor work is scheduled and monitored according to standard of operation
- When on duty on weekends, the Resident Manager personnel are responsible to ensure building cleanliness is maintained
- Perform duties as assigned in alternative buildings and provide emergency on-call coverage as assigned
- Any other duties assigned by the Regional Manager
- Ensure completed work orders are returned to Regional Manager as completed
- Ensure rental payments are collected and delivered to Property Management Office
Client Service: greet residents, direct and guide as required. Ensure requests are responded to in a prompt, efficient and friendly manner
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of High School
- Technical certificate or College an asset
Prior Related Experience:
- Experience working as a Superintendent Team or as a Resident Manager Team
