Superintendant Couple London, Ontario Canada

Minto is current seeking Superintendent Couple teams for their Cherry Hill location. The couples will be responsible for maintaining a high standard, quality building by providing superior customer service and managing resident needs.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties

• Leasing and administrative support
• Deliver notices to residents in a timely manner as directed by Property Manager
• Ensure rental payments are collected and delivered to Property Management Office 
• Perform the duties outlined in the operational checklist and submit monthly

General Maintenance Duties

• Complete daily cleaning of the building’s common areas (interior and exterior)
• Check compactor room and replace bins when full
• Complete mechanical checks and readings
• Complete in-suite and common area maintenance, as required
• Assist with completion of annual suite inspections
• Perform move in/move out and other required in suite inspections
• Take necessary safety precautions as required during inclement weather by shoveling, sanding and salting sidewalks and building entrances and post necessary caution signage
• Perform daily review of building security and repair any deficiencies

Customer Service Duties

• Greet residents, direct and guide as required 
• Ensure requests are responded to in a prompt, efficient and friendly manner
• Handle all resident complaints quickly and professionally
• Effectively and efficiently communicate with residents in an informative professional manner whether written or verbal communication

Requirements include:

• Experience working as a Superintendent couple
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in accounting, administration and maintenance
• Intermediate computer skills
• Previous experience in Property Management an asset
