Seeking a motivated individual or couple for on-site management of a manufactured home community.
Skills Required:
Sales, rent collections, tenant relations, park maintenance inlcuding plumbing repairs, lawn care, and general clean-up.
Prior related experience is beneficial
Prior experience in manufactured housing industry is beneficial
