On Site Self Storage Property Managers - Eastern NC

Self Storage On Site Non Smoking Property Managers needed for self storage facility located in Eastern NC. This is a 2-person team position (one team member works 40 hours per week, one team member works 30 hours per week).We are searching for the perfectly matched team who will be able to continue keeping delinquent accounts low but work to increase revenue as well as keeping all other tasks completed regarding management of the property. Candidates should possess excellent skills and knowledge regarding marketing, advertising, as well as excellent telephone and computer skills. Candidates will need to be able to handle all office operations including being proficient in Site Link and Digi Gate, and all aspects of property maintenance. Candidates must pass a background check and both must possess valid driver's license. Position is open to start April 2012.
