Work Campers Wanted - Canon City, CO

Echo Canyon Campground, Canon City, CO is looking for two couples to work 24 hours per week, per couple (12 hours per person) in exchange for a full hook-up (water, electric, sewer) site. Duties will include cleaning, maintenance, grounds maintenance, office and general duties.  Couples need to be reliable, energetic and have outstanding customer service skills.  Outside duties require a physically fit person who is capable of assisting with mowing, weed eating, firewood bundling and other campground duties.  Positions are available April – September.

MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT TEAM - CANBY, OR

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mobile Home Community Manager Team in Canby, OR. This motivated team will act much like a Mayor, Supervisor, Gardener, Maintenance & take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives. We are looking to employ long-term employees with strong ETHICS & INTEGRITY, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude. This position provides a wonderful manager's house, including paid utilities, generous home sales bonuses, gas allowance and a health insurance reimbursement program. This Mobile Home Community allows pets upon approval.

REQUIREMENTS:

Work hours are a normal weekdays with weekends off (except as needed for appointments and possible emergencies). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the task and objectives of the moment. Maintenance is one of the biggest issues. Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; trimming trees and shrubs; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency; overseeing all aspects of the community. Being able to prioritize work and budget for the community needs is essential. Applicants must apply as a team and live on-site in management provided home. Computer & maintenance skills are required.

We offer excellent compensation & possible advancement opportunities. Candidates must pass a background and credit check, but perfect credit is not required.
