Manager Couple for RV Park and Storage - Englewood, CO

Immediate opening for a couple to manage a RV Park and Storage Lot. This is a full-time position for both people.
The maintenance position must enjoy working outdoors; this job entails mowing and watering lawns, lawnmower and equipment maintenance; minor plumbing and electrical repairs. Will also be responsible for cleaning the laundry room and restrooms on a daily basis. Must have this type of experience and be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; trimming trees and shrubs; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency; overseeing all aspects of the community. Caretaker Couple for Private Camp ground - Cle Elum , WA

Mountain River Trails Camping Association is looking for a caretaker couple. We are seeking a couple to work as full-time caretakers. Mountain River Trails is located on the Yakima River in South Cle Elum. The camp has 467 memberships. We have a clubhouse, seven outlying bathrooms, a ball park, a few picnic areas and roads in camp that need qualified caretakers to keep clean and maintained throughout the year. We offer a private residence with all utilities paid. The caretakers have a weekly schedule with two days off per week. The caretaker's hours are usually 9am-5:30pm, with a later ending time on Friday and extended hours during the summer and holiday weekends. In addition to a weekly salary, we offer money to be paid toward their medical insurance. Paid vacation after one year. There is an office that is staffed during the working hours to monitor our key controlled gate access, answer phones, assist members with questions and to sell sundry items.
We are seeking a couple who would like to supplement their income by working with a fun group of people who enjoy camping and community activities. Duties include: cleaning restrooms and buildings, mowing lawns, operating a backhoe, plowing the access road, picking up and dumping garbage and other such duties required. The selected couple must be self-starters who are motivated to the job without daily supervision and take pride in their work at all times. While our camp is open year round, there is not much to do during the winter months as there are few campers and all outlying restrooms are closed, thus reduced cleaning and maintenance. If you are good with people, have some computer skills and can operate our equipment and want to interact with nice people let us know! Of course you must have a clean driving record and have no convictions. We will require a background check, driver's abstract and drug test before a job is offered.
