Resident Management Team for Self Storage Facility - Flagstaff, AZ

A Flagstaff Self Storage Facility is looking for a manager couple to live on site and manage storage facility.  Must possess a very friendly, personable, out going, persuasive personality and be able to enthusiastically lease vacant storage units. The couple will work as a team, manager and assistant manager, to cover the office hours (Monday through Friday 9-6), fill up vacant units, market to the community, clean and take care of the property, including some light maintenance.

Both applicants will need to fit the requirements, as the responsibilities of the position require a two person team to fulfill.  Applicants should have experience in sales, management, marketing, bookkeeping and advanced computer skills. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• RELOCATE TO FLAGSTAFF, ARIZONA and reside on-site
• Integrity, responsible, able to work independently
• Excellent communication, both oral and written and customer service skills
• Ability to sell over the phone
• Advanced computer skills
• Be highly detail-oriented
• Ability to perform light maintenance and clean-up work
• Good at meeting people and making acquaintances throughout the community
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
• High school diploma required
