Manager Couple for RV Park and Storage - Englewood, CO

Immediate opening for a couple to manage a RV Park and Storage Lot.  This is a full-time position for both people. 

The maintenance position must enjoy working outdoors; this job entails mowing and watering lawns, lawnmower and equipment maintenance; minor plumbing and electrical repairs.  Will also be responsible for cleaning the laundry room and restrooms on a daily basis.  Must have this type of experience and be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

The office position will be working in the office renting available spaces and collecting rents.  Must have excellent people skills and ability to manage the office.  Basic computer and math skills are required.

We are looking for a couple with excellent people skills and the ability to work well with others. 

This is a live-in position.  Housing is provided in a mobile home directly across from the office unit or attached to the office unit.  In addition, each person is paid a modest salary.  We are a drug and alcohol free employer and the couple must be bondable.
