We are interested in either a very driven single property manager qualified to do all tasks listed in the job description or a two person team or couple to maximize the rental potential of a self storage facility location and oversee all aspects of storage transactions, customer service, rentals, record-keeping and security.
These individuals will be responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the store through general property maintenance, a strong desire to grow the business,through outside the box thinking, developing effecting branding and marketing strategies, a positive attitude that reflects a desire to maintain the highest level of customer service and respect for internal and external customers.
Both individuals must be able to conduct themselves professionally while servicing customers and both must have the ability to perform office duties. Additional responsibilities include community involvement through marketing initiatives.
One individual must be able to perform office duties as well as light maintenance on property such as removal of weeds, light electrically, light plumbing, cleaning units, fixing doors and removing debris. This person must be endure exerting up to 50 lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs of force frequently and/or up to 10 lbs of force constantly to move objects.
This position requires a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record to operate motor vehicles with both types of transmission (automatic or standard).

La Iguana Perdida has been operating for 17 years and has a reputation as a home away from home. It's not uncommon for people to come for one night and stay for a week or more. Responsibilities include the day to day running of the hotel, managing our volunteer staff as well as local staff, management of reservations, cash handling, general administration work, menu planning, and giving travel advice.
Housing and meals provided in addition to cheap drinks and a salary.
Spanish language skills are a must as while we primarily deal with an international and largely English speaking clientele, we do have Spanish speaking guests and staff.

Our company has recently acquired a new self storage property in Macon Georgia and we are seeking self-motivated, entrepreneurial people with great customer service, phone, organizational and sales skills. You will assist customers by phone and in-person by helping them understand their storage needs, renting units to new customers, processing payments from current tenants, answering questions and solving problems.
Your responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:
- Property and facility upkeep including grounds keeping and housekeeping
- Complete the rental agreements, receipts, insurance addendum and any other documents required for the transaction and/or reporting.
- Collection of all rent, fees and other monies owed to the business.
- Maintain tenant files utilizing computer system as provided; Prepare and mail weekly, monthly and other requested reports.
- Send required tenant legal notices
- Make courtesy and collection calls, collect past-due rent, and document these calls in the tenant files.
- Process and initiate collection services and process delinquent accounts in accordance with policy and federal and state law.
- Maintain posted office hours and preserve the office, merchandise area, common areas in a clean, organized, business-like manner.
- Keep empty storage spaces clean and ready to rent.
- Participate in the promotion and accurate tracking of marketing programs and outside tracking services i.e., telephone support centers as prescribed by Employer;
Previous experience in customer service or retail sales required.
Proficient telephone skills are critical.
Candidate must be able to work weekends.
Apartment, hotel or storage experience helpful but not necessary.
Strong computer skills a plus.
Pre-employment background check will be conducted.

We are hiring a full time caretaker/property manager to operate a small lodge and ten cabins located in Angel Fire, NM.
The Retreat at Angel Fire provides a quality environment and comfortable accommodations for groups, families, and individuals. The Retreat is located in Angel Fire, NM, a small ski resort town roughly 25 miles from Taos, NM.
Our ideal candidate(s) will have strong customer service skills and experience, as well as proficient maintenance and caretaking skills. The candidate will be equally comfortable as the “face” of The Retreat for our guests as he/she will be maintaining the 12 acre property and cabins.
Duties include: customer service and guest management (taking calls, managing reservations, processing payments, fulfilling customer requests, and other administrative work), cabin cleaning (full cleaning, including bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, kitchen, etc.), cabin maintenance and repair (dealing with minor issues and upkeep), grounds keeping (e.g. snow removal, brush clearing, etc.), and managing supplier/partner relationships. This position is very demanding during high seasons and fairly relaxed during our slow seasons.
Candidates must be trustworthy and dependable (all candidates must pass drug test and full background check). Applicants must be physically able to live and work at an elevation of 9,000 feet.
In addition to a competitive salary, the position includes lodging for up to two people (pets are discouraged, but we would consider small pets if you are an otherwise exemplary candidate), paid vacation, and opportunity for additional benefits (e.g. health insurance, stock ownership) after one year.

Caretaker/Wrangler couple for three cabins on rural ranchland - near Flaming Gorge, UT

We are looking for a couple with their own RV who enjoys working with people. Is happy, outgoing and patient with the public. To work 5 days a week for a combined 40 hrs per week. $800 monthly with full hookups, wifi, and laundry facility.

Would prefer a country/western couple with farm/ranch experience, along with advanced experience with horses for occasional work with dude horses and draft horses.
Duties include:
Greeting guests, answering phone, taking reservations, cleaning cabins, laundry, cleaning laundry facility, yard work, mowing, irrigation, weeding, horse care, basic maintenance/repairs, basic handyman skills, requires lifting.
