In this unique role, working together with your partner (spouse / sister / brother/ significant other / roommate), and living together onsite, you will co-manage one of our 300+ retirement communities. Working as or with a lead Community manager team, you will provide leadership to the Community's staff (Executive Chef, Enrichment Coordinator, Bus Driver, Maintenance, and Housekeeping) to ensure that resident seniors enjoy the life they've earned. Our residents, many of them in their 80s and 90s, have been taking care of others their whole life, but now it's their turn to be cared for. They can let someone else do the cooking, the cleaning, the mowing, even the driving, and focus on the things that make them happy. Not surprisingly, this opportunity isn't for everyone. It combines many responsibilities including supervising and scheduling staff, helping serve meals, coordinating events, marketing to prospective residents, handling accounting, administrative and managerial tasks, and much more. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Property Management Team or Property Manager for a small family Mobile Home Community in Puyallup, WA. This motivated person(s) will act much like a Mayor, Supervisor, Gardener, Maintenance person & take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives. We are looking to employ long-term employees with strong ETHICS & INTEGRITY, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude. This position provides a wonderful manager's home, including paid utilities, generous home sales bonuses, gas allowance and a health insurance reimbursement program. REQUIREMENTS:

Work hours are a normal weekdays with weekends off (except as needed for appointments and possible emergencies). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the tasks and objectives of the moment. Maintenance is one of the key issues. Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; trimming trees and shrubs; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency and overseeing all aspects of the community. Being able to prioritize work and budget for the community needs is essential. Applicants must live on-site in a management provided home. We offer excellent compensation & possible advancement opportunities. Candidates must pass a background and credit check, but perfect credit is not required.

We are looking for a couple with their own RV, who enjoys working with people. Is happy, outgoing and patient with the public. To work 5 days a week for a combined 40 hrs per week, thru September 30, 2013 . $800 monthly, with full hookups, wifi, satellite tv, and laundry facility.

Duties include:

Greeting guests, answering phone, taking reservations, cleaning cabins, laundry, cleaning laundry facility, yard work, mowing, irrigation, weeding, basic maintenance/repairs, basic handyman skills, requires some lifting.

Farm/ranch experience a plus, for occasional

work with dude horses and draft horses.

No pets. Would prefer non-smokers/heavy drinkers.
