Winter Caretaking - Bettles, AK
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
Management team needed for the winter to live on-site and manage a small store and 2 unit apartment, plus aircraft fuel sales and monthly home heating oil deliveries in the small village of Bettles Alaska. Work is similar to caretaking but has some store hours.
Duties include all aspects of managing the office - from renting the rooms by phone as well as in person, answering the phone, limited book keeping, purchasing supplies, housekeeping, etc. General maintenance skills are needed for upkeep on the property, room maintenance, fuel pit inspection report, maintenance, etc. Light plumbing and basic electrical knowledge preferred.
Compensation includes a one bedroom apartment, all bills - including electricity, water, TV, wi-fi, etc., as well as a salary plus bonuses. Season begins in October. Seasonal.

Private party is seeking an active retired couple (or individual) to live on property near Parma, Idaho. Enjoy the beauty of rural Idaho with some good fishing in a very private setting. Duties include: lawn care, light irrigation, light cleaning & maintenance, perimeter security, etc. (Approximately 60 hours per month during the winter months, and 80 hours per month during the summer months.)

We are looking for an individual or team to become resident managers. They will live above the office in a nicely appointed, updated apartment. Our facilities offer electronic, gated access that is NOT 24 hours. We also have recorded surveillance and alarms. We offer locations in South Salem, West Salem, and North Salem. - Advanced understanding of construction or higher-level maintenance ability
- Marketing background or experience in successful social networking campaigns
