Seeking an experienced management team to oversee and perform the day-to day operations of our mobilehome park. This includes but is not limited to - office duties, maintain and improve the appearance and value of the park, and maintain a superior level of resident satisfaction. A working team is the ideal situation where one would operate the park office such as bookkeeping and the other would perform routine park maintenance such as light maintenance and landscaping.

Must have reliable transportation, insurance and valid driver's license.

Compensation: salary plus lodging and utilities.

In this unique role, working together with your partner (spouse / sister / brother/ significant other / roommate), and living together onsite, you will co-manage one of our 300+ retirement communities. Working as or with a lead Community manager team, you will provide leadership to the Community's staff (Executive Chef, Enrichment Coordinator, Bus Driver, Maintenance, and Housekeeping) to ensure that resident seniors enjoy the life they've earned. Our residents, many of them in their 80s and 90s, have been taking care of others their whole life, but now it's their turn to be cared for. They can let someone else do the cooking, the cleaning, the mowing, even the driving, and focus on the things that make them happy. Not surprisingly, this opportunity isn't for everyone. It combines many responsibilities including supervising and scheduling staff, helping serve meals, coordinating events, marketing to prospective residents, handling accounting, administrative and managerial tasks, and much more. In addition you'll respond to a wide variety of care issues that arise in a Community that may include 100 or more residents. Couple to Manage a Resort property in Banff National Park - Banff, AB

If you are a mountain couple who loves winter and the outdoors, skiing, hiking etc and if you have management experience in business, sales, marketing and operations, then this is for you.

Seeking 2 workamping couples for the Summer in the Black Hills of SD - Sturgis, SD

Spend the summer in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota.  Work part time for free RV site, utilities and more.  Experience the Sturgis Black Hills Motorcycle Rally from a quiet RV Resort 5 miles from Main Street.  We are seeking 2 couples for part time (18-21 hours per week each) work in exchange for RV site, utilities, free laundry and wifi, discounted propane, free shuttle bus during the rally, and VIP Pass for free and greatly discounted admission to Black Hills attractions.       Couple will work simultaneous shifts, one in the office and one in the park.  Office responsibilities include taking reservations, handling small C-store purchases, greeting and checking in/out guests.  Park worker responsible for parking rigs, general maintenance, mowing, trimming, pool maintenance, and trash pickup.  Extra hours worked will be compensated during the rally.  Join a fun group of workampers ASAP.  

Chef/Housekeepr Couple - Berkshire

Large estate in Berkshire owned by a very busy family required a professional Chef & Housekeeper couple. The family are often at the house but they have an additional home in France where they also reside. When in the UK they often invite extended family and guests. It is essential that you are independent workers, reliable, self motivated, proactive and work to very high standards.

The housekeeper will be responsible for care of the interior which will also include laundry, wardrobe management, general cleaning, caring for antiques, silver and glassware. You will also be expected to help in the kitchen when needed and entertaining. The chef must have superior cooking skills along with confidence and capability to cook for large parties. Preparing menus from scratch, sourcing products and budgeting. You will be responsible for all breakfasts, lunches and dinners. You must be skilled at pastry making including breads.

As a couple you will be required to care for the accounts, admin, household security, appliances and liaising with contractors etc….

It is essential that you have worked in private households to a 5 star standard

Work Campers - Davie southern florida, FL

The NEW Davie / Ft. Lauderdale KOA located in Davie, Florida (Broward County) is seeking retired couples that have their own INCOME and own CAMPER/ RV  to work 30 hours a week in exchange for lot rent and utilities. You will be required to work 30 hours a week,  Monday thru Friday, 7am till 1pm.  Or we can set personal schedules to include weekend days since staff works 7 days a week.

Must have strong work ethic, be a self starter with a GREAT attitude for being outdoors and meeting new and different people .Have work experience in general cleaning and outdoor maintinance. KOA will do background checks on all applicants. The list of jobs are as follows:

1. General household cleaning, including but not limited to, changing bed linens, cleaning kitchenettes, cleaning refridgerators, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and shower rooms, cleaning 24hr coin laundry, cleaning and keeping neat the pool area and rec area and cleaning and helping run the General Store.This position is under the supervision of the motel/store manager on staff. ( also a motel and cottages on site )

2. Outdoor maintinance, including but not limited to: cleaning pool, keeping porches and sidewalks clean and safe, painting, minor carpentry work, yard maintinance; mowing, racking, trimming of trees, using leaf blower and pressure washing when needed. This position is under the supervision of the property maintinance manager on staff.
